Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient. We have had this same service from other companies over the years, and Jason did the best job ever in that the doors are now so quiet and smooth, they sound and act like they are new. We will be using Precision Door in the future!

He identified some other issues and clearly explained how it should be addressed and showed me the problems. I decided to move forward with some of the additional work. He didn't try to hard-sell, but provided consulting. He was in and out within a couple hours and I haven't had any issues with the garage door since.
Description of Work: I had a squeaky garage door that I knew needed a tune-up, so I bought a package for inspection, roller replacement, and tune-up.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional, competent, and trustworthy. I sincerely think the garage door works better today; smoother and quieter, than the day it was installed. I will hire Premier again if I need any garage door service.
Description of Work: I requested to have the garage door tuned up and the rollers replaced with vinyl rollers. The technician did an initial inspection and noticed the bearings on the spring rod were very worn and recommended replacing them. He showed me the problem, explained what needed to be done and quoted the cost for the additional service. I agreed to have the bearings replaced along with the original tune up.

Description of Work: Very professional. Responded to call on Saturday afternoon and was their by a little after 6 that evening to repair broken springs and replace worn rollers and bearings.
