work failed within 24 hours; said it was another issue; never gave or sent any document describing work; required wife to initial estimate for further work or "they couldn't leave" -didn't require any initials or signature for work performed; they certainly seemed to be more interested in selling additional expensive services than performing the work as requested; to be clear, we didn't pick this firm but the home warranty company did -I can't emphasize enough that you avoid this firm at all costs! (their website says they have a "4.99 out of 5 stars" from 283 reviews, yet there is nowhere one can submit their own review on their website. Also, I'm not religious, but I'm not sure Jesus could even get 4.99/5 stars!!). Very questionable.

Technician arrived early and was very professional. Transparent with the garage door trouble shooting process and door inspection; very pleasant to work with. Biggest complaint was the overall price ($599). I wasn't expecting to need to replace the entire garage door opener, and the only options available with the technician for a single door garage were ~ $500 (obviously much lower price units are on the market). When garage door keypad was installed, the screws used were too long and drilled completely through the wall, so the are now sticking through outside next to the service door.

Everything went excellently. The technician (AJ) was on time, called about a half hour before he arrived, and was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He inspected the door, walked me through his recommendations, and did the repairs in a very prompt fashion. He explained all that he had done, answered some questions I had on the maintenance of the door and the entire process was done in less than 1 hour. I would definitely call them again if we need garage door service.

Setting up appointment was quick and easy. Received confirmation email and a phone call from the tech before his arrival. Tech AJ arrived as scheduled and was very professional. On arrival, he checked all the parts of the garage door and informed me about the condition. He then explained Tune up process. On inspection, he found that another part needed replacement but was optional. No pressure at all. I gave go ahead and got the part replaced. After tune up and roller replacement, garage door has been operating very quietly, just like new. I highly recommend them.

There was some confusion about the time the technician was supposed to arrive. I had put 10:00 to 12:00 down. I never noticed the email confirmation said 12:00 to 2:00. Technician called at 11:30. When I told him we had to go out that afternoon, he arrived in 10 minutes and finished the job in about a half hour. He replaced the rollers and said no further work was needed. The door is much quieter now. Would definitely hire again.

He found quite a few issues with worn parts, misaligned bearing holders and even mismatched wheels and fasteners. He did a complete analysis, recommended fixes and performed the services as spelled out. Very professional!

They were punctual, showed up on time. The tech proceeded to do their 25 point inspection which resulted in him giving me options to fix the door ranging from $299.00 up to $2,271.00. I feel like I was pushed into picking one of the options. I chose the cheapest option. After all, I just wanted help replacing the$8.99 garage door cable. While the tech was performing the work, the door was severely pushed out of alignment. I showed him where light was now coming through on the right side of the door due to the shift when he changed the bracket on that side. He "tried" to put it back into alignment. He obviously didn't get it right. When he finished the work and we tested the door the track now had a bounce to it when the door went up and down that was not there before the work. When he noticed the track jumping he said "wow, that's bouncing a lot" and left it at that. The release arm that connects the door to the track was out of alignment from his moving the door when replacing the bracket. In less than one week that misalignment caused the track to bounce enough that the stress broke the track bracket. He did not call out this new "bounce" in his original inspection because it was NOT there. When I called to have them come out and fix the bracket, another $8 part, I was given to the owner. He said it would cost $110 for them to come out and fix the damage that they had caused. I pleaded and he would not budge. I am left with a broken door, worse of than before I made that service call. Terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their work.
