+ -1 moreTerrefic! We had an extremely poor garage floor that has a room underneath it. The garage floor was pitted, gravelly and in terrible condition. It was so bad that it was leaking into the room below. Because it spans a room below, it would have been $15,000 or more to replace. The coating that Polymer Coatings has installed, for a fraction of this price has made our garage floor BEAUTIFUL- we had it tinted beige, and we show it off regularly. It looks brand new. We had the work done in September and it is now January and it looks just like the day it was installed. There are no signs at all that the floor used to have major imperfections. But best of all, the product is waterproof, so absolutely no leaking is occurring anymore into the room below. We were told it is a commercial grade product that is very durable and has a very long life expectancy. We are thrilled with our new garage floor. Our experience with the company was top-notch. Very professional in all respects. Would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Ground down and patched the existing single car concrete garage floor and coated the floor with an epoxy/polymer coating and 2 layers of urethane.
