It went very well. They were able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. The estimate they had giving us was almost exactly at what they had said it would.
Description of Work: They came to our house and replaced all the windows and doors. They also replaced all the siding to our house and garage.

We purchased a 1908 house in NE Minneapolis 3 years ago and have been fixing it up little by little ever since. We've had contractors perform everything from plumbing to roofing work for us and by far this was absolutely the WORST experience we've ever had! The job literally took 3 times longer than expected (nearly a month!), during which time the contractors truck broke down so he proceeded to us our yard to store all 20+ of his ladders (our grass is still dead in that spot). They worked on multiple jobs at the same time, so some days they wouldn't show up at all and then they would work on the weekends to make up for it, very nice for our 2 month old. The contractors were belligerent to the extent that one of them actually called me a ''dick'' when I requested that he perform a task (get me the measurements of several storm windows they had already taken down) something that the Salesman at Phalen siding said they could & would do!! Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Description of Work: Put up Vinyl Trim around our windows and doors.

COURTESY, BUT YARD WAS EXTREMELY MESSY. THE MAIN MAN CAME TO WORK ANYWHERE FROM 9AM TO 10:30AM. VERY SLOW WORK BUT DID EXCELLENT WORK.
Description of Work: SIDED MY LARGE HOUSE AND REPLACED 6 WINDOWS.
