It went great. Ward was able to do all of the things I needed done and advised me on what I need to purchase for my next set of repair items. He's great to work with, can fix most anything, is professional, courteous, and personable. I will definitely hire him again and I've already started my list.

The last time that Ward came, it was to fix a dishwasher that had overflowed. He responded quickly to my contacting him and leaving him a message, within two hours. The incident happened in the evening and it wasn't an emergency, so he came promptly the next morning and fixed the problem, as well as told me how to avoid it in the future. The other tasks were completed a few months prior to that. I like that I was able to communicate primarily by e-mail, as that fits my schedule better. He is quick and thorough to respond. His work was thorough, competent, and efficient (brought everything he needed; no multiple trips to the hardware store; able to come and complete the work promptly). He is extremely nice and easy to talk to. My three year-old daughter loved to watch and copy him with his tools, and he was very friendly and open to that. I was beyond happy with him and his work. It gives me such peace of mind to have someone reliable and who I can trust to call whenever I need something done around the house.

I don't like to get on my roof because it's too high, so I hired Ward to caulk around four roof vents. I liked the fact that all communication with him was by e-mail, so that avoided the annoying voice-mail tag so common with contractors. He arrived promptly, although he warned me in advance that he might be a little late. I provided the caulk, a putty knife, and an extension ladder, and spotted the ladder while he got on and off the roof. I can't vouch for the quality of his work because I didn't go up on the roof to inspect it, but given the amount of old caulk he removed (which he put in a bag and brought back down with him) and the amount of new caulk consumed, I assume he did a very good job.

My calls are always taken or returned back in a timely manner. Ward is always on time, perform the work professionally and with a reasonable price. He is very easy to work with and very nice person too.

I called Ward in somewhat urgent need, at first. He was able to schedule something within a few days. He was able to do all the small jobs I asked him to do. A couple weeks later I had him back to do a bigger one, repair a wood floor. He is very punctual, diligent to the task and seems very versatile and resourceful. Yet he charges a modest price, it seemed to me.

Ward has been here twice in the past 2 months, to deal with things related to our kitchen countertops. First he came and cut off a window ledge behind the sink so that we could get a new backsplash installed. This went very well, though it turned out to have all kinds of pesky aspects to it for Ward to deal with. After the new countertop was installed, Ward came back to hook up all the plumbing to the new sink. Everything was handled promptly and it's all working just fine--no leaks and no problems. We'll be using Ward for everything that comes up around here. He's pleasant to have around, knowledgeable, and we trust his work and everything about him. I know he wouldn't say he could do something he couldn't do so I'd always ask him first.

I called the owner Ward and he responded promptly. He scheduled the work within a few days and came on time and did a great job for a very reasonable price.

Amount spent and service date are really rough estimates, but know that whatever you spend will be well worth it! Wade replied to our email prompty and came to look at our bathroom door that needed to be stained and hung. He rebuilt the frame, took the door with him and returned it stained and hung it really quickly. We didn't have to have the smell in our house and the finished project is beautiful. He even came back to regrout some of the ceramic tiles around the new door. We will be calling him again. Be aware, he's a busy guy because he is fair, honest, and quick. Well worth the wait, if there is one!

Ward replied to my message in a timely manner and came over to the house at the end of his day to see what we needed to have done. He came back the following day with the parts he needed, and made the repairs quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Ward is very personable, professional and experienced. We are very happy with his work and will certainly call him again in the future.

He is a very nice guy and his pricing was very competitive. As of yet we haven’t used him because we are kind of sequencing the work that is happening in our house. We haven’t gotten to what he can do yet. He was totally thorough and very accommodating. We wanted it really broken out. It wasn’t just that he gave me the price. He was very helpful. He also pointed us towards some other sources for us to use for other things that he wasn’t capable of doing. He was a very good guy. He was very responsive. I put in a request for information from him and I got an email within 24 hours. He showed up when he said he was going to. He is a very gregarious man and very outgoing. He comes from a marketing background. He is just a great guy. I would definitely contact him again in future.

It went very well. Ward responds quickly by e-mail, and was able to give me a simple estimate on the phone, since he charges by the hour -$45/hr, We set a date. When I had questions about the materials he responded quickly; I decided to buy the base shoe myself and have him install it. This was done after I had the floors refinished and before the painters came in. Wade arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and I left the house and went to work- clearly he is trustworthy. When he was done he sent me a text as agreed upon, and we settled accounts. I also asked him to look at some other things I need done, and I plan on hiring him again to do these. I like his approach - quiet, confident, willing to brainstorm solutions and creative about suggestions.

We got several estimates and Ward Schwie's were the most reasonable. His rates were very reasonable, he was punctual and courteous, he helped us find better products to install than ones we initially purchased and also helped us return the originals. After the bathroom was installed the buyers did not think the one we had selected was strong enough. Ward was quick to respond, picked out a new fan that stronger and fit the same form factor, installed it for us and gace us the original ready to return. The fire rated we had initially purchased was not the right size and he returned it for us and purchased a new one that turned out to be cheaper. I was very please with Ward's work, service and cost and would reccommend his services to anyone.

The experience was excellent from beginning to end and I'd hire Ward again anytime. I got prompt reply to my initial email. Ward asked a few clarifying questions about the job so he could come prepared to complete in single day vs. running around for parts. We scheduled the work a few days out and he came out when he said he would. He was appropriately friendly and professional; my litmus test is if my wife was comfortable with him in the house- she was. He quote a reasonable price and that's what I paid. Beyond the original work, he fixed a leak that I hadn't noticed because he saw it and it was simple, which I very much appreciated. All in all, a great experience and very happy with the work. Would highly recommend him. Ward seems very competent and is honest enough tell you when its a job he could do vs. a job for a professional tradesman which I also really appreciated. He gave me a personal reference to a plumber for a larger plumbing project although I'll also check the list!

Pedaling Repairs was great--came promptly, installed the disposal, which we had already purchased. The job was handled speedily and professionally. Six months later we haven't had any problems with it at all so he obviously did it right. Great guy--we'd have him back here again for anything he said he was capable of doing!

Ward did some work for me last summer. He removed my old door and bent railings and installed a new front door, trim, and stair rails. He's a great guy, willing to provide sound advice and a perfectionist. He worked with me to design railings, select the right materials at a price I could afford, and everything looks great. I trust him completely and have stayed in touch with him to get recommendations for other work that I need. There's no question that I'll hire him again - I have complete confidence in him.

We found them on Angie's List and they had a good review. We were very happy with him. His price was very much lower than that of the others. The price that he charged us was lower than his original estimate. He was quite flexible with appointments. He came and took care of it faster than he had thought and he did a good job. It looks really good after the repair.

Ward did a great job. He was on time, cleaned up after the job and answered any question I asked him. Ward is easy to get a hold of and answers his e-mails promptly. I will be using Ward for all my home improvement projects.

After the recent 2 days of extreme winds, I noticed several damaged shingles on our roof. I called a couple places on Saturday AM about 0830, leaving messages for most. Ward got back to me in about 15 minutes. We set a date for the work. He was there right on time. While he was making the repairs, I picked his brain on other jobs that I have awaiting me. I will definitely use him again.

I try to keep a running list of problems around the house and placed a call when I had a few things to take care of, for example gutter and downspouts that needed repair, leaking out building roof repairs, a roof vent that had a hole in it, and general household issues. Ward is exceptionally prompt with communications, offers great advice, looks for the best and most economical way to solve a problem. He is very friendly, exceptionally neat, and doesn't seem to mind tackling my "to do" lists, no matter how small. Highly recommend.

Ward was easy to work with, prompt and professional. He was very helpful in figuring out solutions when we weren't sure what to do.

I had a narrow window of time between discovering our garage had been broken into and the door and lock weren't working to when I was leaving to go out of town -- so I needed help fast. Ward answered the phone immediately and agreed to come that day. He was very accurate in his estimation of when he would arrive, which was helpful so I could take care of other things that day. He pieced the door frame back together, got the lock working, used longer screws to secure it etc. He was careful, efficient and very friendly to talk with. And to top it all off the bill was really reasonable. I will most definitely call Ward again and have already recommended him to a friend.

Went real well. Ward came out a day or so after I called, explained a couple of options and gave me an estimate. He was back within a few days and did the work. He is very skilled and friendly, and we will call him again for those miscellaneous small tasks that are beyond our abilities.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am to find a repair person as professional and kind as Ward. He did a great job repairing our garage trim. He was able to repair what I originally thought needed to be replaced. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.
