Description of Work: Dave and Joan are a fantastic team. They took the time to get to know us and our needs as a family, helped us plan a home search process that was both realistic and creative, helped us carefully review our options, visited house after house and gave wise, but never pushy counsel; when we found our dream house, paved the way for a smooth closing process.
