+ -1 moreThe whole process took a bit longer than expected, but he had a great deal of trouble re-connecting with my internet provider because I use dial-up. After the computer was re-installed in my home, it crashed twice and he was very diligent and conscientious about finding the problem and did not charge for any of that subsequent work, including an additional trip to my house because he wanted to make sure everything was working properly.
Description of Work: Got rid of one or more viruses on my computer; copied and reformatted the hard drive, re-installed all programs, drivers and software, and configured and re-installed the computer and printer in my home.
