+ 0 moreDo not do business with this guy, Charles J Schuck III, he has a long history of ripping people off and losing their game systems. He used to own Wise Guyz computer repairs that had a terrible rating as well.
Description of Work: Dropped off laptop for repair, was told it would only take a day, no money up front. After 3 days he said he would need $20 to expedite getting a part. Four days after that he had his phone disconnected and would not respond to messages, I filed a police report. I was told by the police that a lot of people were calling to complain and that the owner has a F rating with the BBB. Two days later I spoke to the owner of the building that had no knowledge of anyone running a computer repair business from his property. The owner of PC Gecko, Charles J Schuck III, was not authorized to be running a business out of that location. The owner of the building was gracious enough to allow me access to the building to retrieve my laptop. It still was not repaired, but at least I had it back. I took it to someone else and had it repaired within 12 hours.
