Excellent Service in the Yard to Load Rock onto trailer. Lots of help, quick and easy.

It was in two stages. They put the patio in back and then did some landscaping in the front. The services were excellent. They draw up all the designs right there. They will give you a 3D rendering of it, of the design first. When they put it in, it was pretty amazing how fast this guy worked. He had to move a lot of dirt and he was done in 2 or 3 days. Their price is probably a little bit high. He is very responsive. A year later I had some problems and he came right out and fixed it.

I did not end up using their services due to the quoted cost.

Spoke to the yard personnel, who showed us different kinds of mulch and where they would work best. Since I am on a budget, I and needed to get a lot of mulch, I did need to go with the lowest cost. The yard employee directed me inside to talk to a representative about how much I might need and payment options. Inside the person gave me the pricing and stated that I could pay for some and if I did not need all of the mulch, I would get refunded the remaining of the balance. I paid for the mulch and went outside where the yard personnel met me and started loading the truck. I ended up going back for two more loads of mulch and each time they helped with loading, gave me rope to tie it down and threw in work gloves. It was close to 100 degrees and all of them worked very professionally and quickly.

This summer, I set out to build a raised garden and sitting wall for our patio. I visited the Oakdale store 3 or more times to look at products and displays. After comparing the weathered Ledgestone by Willowcreek to comparable Menards and Home Depot brands, I chose the Ledgestone in the Lakeshore blend and the bullnose blocks for caps - very cool looking and the best value (price + delivery). Generally, the staff at Patiotown was very kind and helpful. The site manager, in particular, shows an interest and passion for these types of projects. The only concern at this point was that some staff could not identify the color of the materials in the outdoor display, and since I was replicating some aspects of the display, I was concerned about whether I was going to guess correctly and buy the product that I wanted. On the 3rd visit, I did connect with someone that new the colors of the products in the display area and I was able to select the desired product with confidence. I purchased the product on a Saturday morning during a promotional event and scehduled delivery for several days later. Unfortunately, the wrong item was delivered due to the cashier entering the wrong product in the register. Fortunately, I decided to work from home that day and quickly discovered the error. The store manager arranged for a second delivery the same day. The downside of having 4 roughly 2-ton pallets moved across my yard 3 times (in, then back out, then back in) via the delivery company's mobile fork truck was that there was more damage to the yard than expected. We now have a permanent depression in a small area that retains water when it rains or the lawn is watered. After conversations with the company's Operations Manager, Patiotown refunded charges for the second delivery. Once the project was complete, I returned a pallet of blocks without any problems.

They were very professional and very good at what they did. The patio was installed in two days. The person who did it was a real hard worker. I have never seen anybody as good as he was with a bobcat. I got several bids and they had the lowest. I had a couple of issues and they came right out. They were exceptionally punctual.

They took the time to answer a lot of the questions we had. We kind of gave them an idea of what we were doing and we told them what kind of walk we wanted. They led us to the back of their building to show us the types of different rock that they had available. They were able to take the dimensions that we had and give us an estimate on how much rock we needed, and the type of rock, as well as the sand and gravel. They gave us directions on how to get the project started and they offer classes on how to do this stuff for free. They were very good people to help us on that. I will use them again in the future.

Great! Went in with a question, the gentleman working was very informative and helped us make a decision. It was not something that they typically take care of, but he was more then helpful and we are very happy. We will use them for our future patio needs.

Ok-they did a nice job on the retaining wall, but they didn't bring top soil as we had discussed, so I'll have to get someone else to do that part of it.

They worked with the design I had. We went over the materials I needed and made room for errors and mistakes. They were quite knowledgeable and I would give them A's across the board. They even put the materials exactly where I wanted them.

They were helpful, courteous and accepted the Angie's List coupon. Good place.

PATIO TOWN HAD GREAT OPTIONS AND DISPLAY, JUST NOT THE RIGHT PRICE FOR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC SOLUTION AND WAS SHOPPING BY PRICE. MY ONLY REASON FOR CHOOSING ANOTHER VENDOR.

I WAS INITIALLY TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE THE FIRST DELIVERY ON SATURDAY MORNING, WHICH IS WHAT WE WANTED. HOWEVER, AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS FOR THE TRUCK, WE CALLED AND WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT WRITTEN THAT WE WOULD BE THE FIRST LOAD. THEY THEN ASKED US TO CONTINUE WAITING. I ASKED FOR A MORE SPECIFIC TIME AND WAS TOLD SOME TIME AFTER NOON. THEY WERE THERE WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF NOON. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WAS VERY POLITE AND EVEN CALLED ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT THE TRUCK.
