He is exceptionally professional. He came to my house as I was having an issue with a temporary veneer and the service is just excellent.

I like the fishtank in the lobby! The service is great, they take care of their patients. They explain all the procedures in detail. The people are very professional. They're usually on time to our appointments too.

I have been contemplating Invisalign for years, and finally took the plunge after an initial consultation with Dr. Lam in November of 2012. I wish that Dr. Lam had been a little more forthright about all of the negative aspects of Invisalign, including describing the fang-like epoxy protrusions that are adhered to your teeth for the entire treatment. Invisalign is sold as being a treatment that you can remove if necessary, for eating or for whatever other reason, like an important dinner or something, but these ugly fangs stuck to your teeth defeat the whole purpose of the 'invisible' treatment. Anyways, another important negative that should have been explained BEFORE signing up was that if you wear lipstick, it will stain these fang protrusions. Umm....most women wear lipstick...shouldn't this be mentioned? You should NOT wear lipstick for the entire time you have invisalign (around a year). That would be something that most women would consider before signing up. So, right away during the first month of my treatment I had orange colored fangs sticking out from my teeth, and there was nothing I could do about it for months. Also, the appointments themselves are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and unpleasant. Nothing was explained before they just went ahead and did it. For example, expanding foam being sprayed into your mouth and plastic molds being pressed into it for minutes. Another example -- diamond encrusted sandpaper being flossed between your teeth -- can you imagine the horror? At least explain what you're going to do ahead of time. At each of the appointments, I asked -- "why don't you give people an option of being put under for these?" Just got a laugh from the technician, "yeah, it's pretty awful." I was being serious! Explain what is going to happen ahead of time and offer an option of being put under!! Perhaps I would have still gone through with the treatment even after the negatives are outlayed clearly, but at least I would know the pros and cons and not feel like I was duped. Dr. Lam is nice enough, but one thing I was really unhappy about during my treatment was the fact that getting me from one set of aligners to the next in the fastest manner possible did not seem to be a priority for him. Wearing these aligners and having fangs on my teeth is not pleasant. It's annoying, and I want it to be done as soon as humanly possible. When I had a checkup to see how things were progressing after 6 months of treatment, Dr. Lam wasn't happy with how my incisors were failing to turn and so he wanted me to have new impressions done and a new series of aligners ordered. The only problem is that you have to wait '2-3 weeks' after getting the new impressions before the new aligners come in. Each set of aligners is designed to be worn for 2 weeks, so they get pretty gross if it goes much longer than that. I was on my FIFTH WEEK of wearing the aligners I had when the impressions were ordered, and still I had no call from the dentist office that my new aligners had arrived. I finally took the initiative and called to check if they had come and for some reason the office failed to call me. Sure enough, they had come in, and no one had called. Annoying enough to be sure, but the most infuriating aspect was that the staff member that took my call told me the next available appointment for Dr. Lam was not for an entire month! I'm sorry: you want me to wear these aligners for AN ADDITIONAL MONTH after you failed to call? Getting through my aligners in the very fastest manner possible is MY priority -- and it should be the doctor's priority as well. Appointment priority should be given to those paying over five thousand dollars for a cosmetic treatment -- PERIOD. I had to physically show up in the office and raise h*** at the poor receptionist before getting her to make an appointment for me the following week. Completely unacceptable. Dr. Lam did not bring this issue up at all at the next appointment, and I was disappointed because I felt like I was owed an apology for the oversight. I will be finished with my treatment in 3 months. I will post an update on the actual results of the treatment at that time.

They are very approachable, very knowledgeable. They run a tight ship. Very caring, feel very comfortable going there. We have been going to them for years.

It was fine. I've been going to them for probably 20 years. I just like how they treat me. I felt comfortable. There were no reasons not to go. They're very friendly and they tried to work me in if I have an emergency. The facilities were very nice.

Everything went really well, from registration and scheduling to the actual appointments. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist did a wonderful job with my son, and I really like that they schedule children's appointments on Saturdays. My appointment went well too. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, and they didn't make me feel guilty or embarrassed about it. I also appreciate that they didn't try to sell me services that I don't need, unlike the other dental office I went to prior to Park Dental Champlin.

I've been going to various Park Dental locations for over 10 years, and the last five have been at Park Dental Ridgepark. I'm always very satisfied with the level of service that is provided by all of the staff and dentists, and feel very well taken care of there.

They are great! It is a great place. They have many dentists and mine is one of them. He cares about his patients, he has good knowledge, and he is good with his patients.

I really like them. It is a professional and clean office. I went to them since I moved here a year and a half. I've been there a couple of times. They are really good.

They take variety of insurances. They have professional, knowledgeable and highly trained staffs. They have broad office hours that they start at 7:00 a.m. in the morning and run into the evening until there are still working. They have a lot of equipments that are top notch. They have significant number of dental hygienist as well as dentist so you can make an appointment and they did it on time. They also have an automatic notification that e-mailed you all day before your appointment.

I've used them for probably 15 years. I liked them enough that when we moved down here, I just transferred all my stuff to their office here. I probably seen 6 or 7 different dentists over there so I like all of them. The staff is great. The only thing I would say is that they are one of the busier clinics because they're popular so I had to reschedule my appointment that was supposed to be for this coming Monday and the next available appointment was in October. They're very packed. If you schedule things in advance, you're fine but if you're in a rush, you'll have to wait.

My entire family goes to this dentist, and they're amazing! The staff is amazing and I think everyone should go there!

The options for services were outlined, but I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for costs (even after several phone calls and their promises to get back to me right away)

They recently changed and I honestly can’t remember the name of the girl that they have that I’m going to now. They have good dentists and they respond quickly to me when I call in. I’m happy with their service. The wait times are very short and I’m able to get my appointments when I want to. It’s been just fine.

There is nothing special I guess. They do the job and do it well. I had no wait time. I would use them again in the future.

Have been going to this clinic since 1994. Huge huge fan of Deana P & Dr Bohneman. They are fantastic. Deana couldn't be more fun! She's so kind & gentle. We usually laugh our way through appointments. Dr. Carol is really great. I always look forward to seeing her. Trust her completely with my teeth.

Wonderful dental office...we use Dr. Chris Steele. Only downgraded availability because he is very popular and booked up! If he'd work 24 hrs/day, problem of availability would be solved. Staff and office in general seem happy and are very friendly and personable.
