+ -1 moreI wanted to use a small contractor that was close by my house. I hadn't used him before, but I'm very glad I did. Very professional, very quick service, good price. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: The central air conditioner in the house I moved into recently wasn't working on the first hot day of the year. I called Palmer late morning and he stopped by and fixed it that afternoon. It works perfectly now.

+ -1 moreHe did the job very well, as I always have hot water. He's an Amana dealer, but the water heater he picked up for us was a General Electric. I would highly recommend him to others, as I've been dealing with him since the mid 1980s. He's good with his pricing, and has never tried to overcharge me. He's done other services for me such as putting in a new furnace and air conditioner, as well.
Description of Work: Tom installed a water heater for me and had to do revamping of the ducts.
