The carpet was a lot cleaner than I expected it to be when they were finished. Like I said, our carpets were heavily soiled.

We have been using their services for years now. I am very happy with how clean the carpets get, they are not overly damp, and there is no left over residue. The process does a good job compared to other processes I have used.

I might hire them in the future. The cleaning solution did leave the carpet somewhat crunchy.

I did not like their service. I do not think anything was cleaned or was it worth the money.

They did a really nice job. They had to return because I found stains re appearing. They came back right away and re cleaned the carpets for no additional cost.

I was not pleased with their service. In fact I need to have my carpets cleaned again. They did not do a satisfactory job. I will use them again.

They did a nice job. They are always nice and considerate. We have had another company prior to Oxymagic clean our carpets. They did a horrible job and left visible lines. However, Oxymagic was able to clean the carpets and go over the lines.

The experience was good. I have no complaints.

The technician was rude from the start. We called an employee to explain our interaction and to discuss the stains that still appeared. She sent the same employee back to re address the work. However, he was very nice and the experience was better.

The service turned out very well.

I was very happy with Oxymajic of Minnesota. Prices are reasonable. They were prompt. They were in and out in less than an hour. I am satisfied with their work.

I had a coupon I got from somewhere and called to get an estimate. When I said that I was going to call a few other places, they gave me another 10% discount to get my business. I was careful to tell them about every room in my house - this is important as sometimes a "great room" is considered two rooms. Plus, don't forget hallways and stairs are extra. One thing I didn't know was that closets are extra as well. I wish they would have said that over the phone. They were very professional and courteous gents. I'm not sold on this whole oxidation system they have, but the carpet was relatively new and I just wanted to get the pet dander and hair out.

They were fantastic and we didn't have any complaints. They were a real good company. I usually get my carpets cleaned after the kids go back to school. The drying time was incredibly fast and they didn't use a lot of harsh chemicals. It was a small little machine so I didn't have my house wide open for them to pull in hoses and that kind of thing. They were very thorough and quick. It was easy. They were incredibly courteous. We were very happy with them. I've used them a couple of times and I will probably use them again next fall.

Deciding between Oxymagic and another competitor, we decided to try Oxymagic because of their price point and good reputation. They did not disappoint. Our carpet was noticeably cleaner afterwards and there was no residue from soaps or shampoo. They were even able to remove carpet stains that had been there for years!

I had four rooms, a hallway, and steps cleaned. They're wonderful. They arrived promptly and finished the work within an hour. The price was reasonable for the amount of carpet cleaned. They got chili out of my carpet; I fell down the stairs with a pot of chili and they were able to get those stains right out. The carpet dried within an hour after being cleaned, which was convenient. I'm satisfied with their services.

The gentleman who came out was the manager of the store and he was very flexible with my schedule. He was very attentive and was willing to work with me. I live alone and he was willing to work with me and spilt the job into two days rather than just doing it in one. I moved the carpet into the center of the room and he came out on Friday to clean the outside of the room. He agreed to come back the following Monday after the carpeting had dried and I have moved the furniture out of the center of the room to finish the cleaning. He did an amazing job. He was very customer service oriented and he really knew what he was talking about. I was very impressed with him.

My daughter recommended this environmentally attuned company. Jason arrived on time, worked hard to remove the stains from my sick dogs and was successful. He also cleaned a couple of spots from an additional area at no extra charge. It was the best cleaning I have had done. The carpet was dry within a couple of hours because Oxymagic does not use a lot of liquid or harsh chemicals.
