Orkin Pest Control

We contracted with them a long time ago. They have always been really good. They do a really good job, we trust them. They will take care of anything we see in the yard. They said to contact them if we see anything in between services and they will come right out and take care of it. He is always very nice, he likes our cats. He has always been on time.

They've been doing it for 2 years. They had an individual who provided the service and he didn't know what he was doing. It was disappointing. They can't solve every problem but they make their best effort. They call to tell us they're coming.

They are excellent and show up when they are supposed to. They keep an appointment and are knocking down the ants.

They first came to do an inspection and confirm there was an infestation that needed to be addressed. We agreed to the cost they quoted us, although it seemed very expensive. We then had to do preparation in advance of them returning to do the treatment. They returned in 2 days and did the treatment, which took about 7 hours in total for prep time, treatment and remove equipment used. They left instructions of additional vacuuming we needed to do. They returned in a week to re-inspect to confirm the bugs were gone which they were. We were told if there were any additional bugs seen, to contact them and they would come back and do a retreatment if needed.

I had a really great guy this time, he was excellent.

I paid $100 a month. The treatment didn't work. I would not use them again.

We would use them again if we need to.

The experience wasn't bad until the end when I couldn't get them to stop. Even if I wasn't home, they would charge me. The actual pest control was fine. The price was competitive with the other places I looked at.

I have been using Orkin Pest Control for about 4 months. They always schedule before they show up and they are prompt. They kill bugs and are what I would expect in a service.

They seem like a good company. She seems to be happy with their services. She has used the for about 3 years. They guy came out and he took him time looking around the house.

They were responsive. I don't know if I would use them in the future, and that would mainly be because they have me sign a contract, I think I would use a pest control service that just came when I want them to.
