+ -1 moreThey stand behind their merchandise. I am pretty pleased with how they go about cleaning and reconditioning my vacuum cleaner. I actually bought the vacuum cleaner for $200 and it has got a 21-year maintenance agreement with it for free.
Description of Work: I have Oreck clean and recondition my vacuum cleaner every year.
