Description of Work: I also obtained a $75 voucher and scheduled the work with Northstar. They never showed up to perform the work. Called several times reaching cell phones. Finally received a call back. They stated Amazon canceled the deal however when I called Amazon they stated this was not the case and would be looking into this deal stating that this was clearly not their business practice. Very disappointing experience.

+ -1 moreWe got a deal - or so we thought. For $75 NorthStar SealCoating & Striping was to put two coats of sealcoating down. We ordered one for our home and one for our rental property. We had set up appointments for both locations. NorthStar SealCoating & Striping never showed up. NorthStar SealCoating & Striping never called to let us know they would not be showing up. NorthStar SealCoating & Striping never called to reschedule. Does it get any worse than that? Try calling them. You will never get a live person. "Office" number is actually a cell phone.
Description of Work: Sealcoating of our driveway.
