It went very well. They had good equipment and were careful of the lawn and plants. They used much smaller and less noticeable holes than a vendor I had used about 15 years ago. Cleaned up their work area. They were careful not to damage the siding on the patio part of the work which can happen when lifting a slab right next to the house. Answered all my questions, very friendly. It is a father and son team with one helper. Couldn't have gone better.

They answer the phone and respond to the request. They are prompt and offer suggestions on the best fix. I've used this company on many projects before and have always been very satisfied with price & work. A+++

They did a great job in getting everything level and they have a 10 year warranty. A friend had to call them within a couple of days before their warranty ran out and they did come out and fix the problem. I give them an A rating and will use them again.

IN ORDER TO GET IT LEVEL TO THE OTHER PART OF THE SLAB, THEY JACKED UP THE SETTLED SLAB. HE THEN JACKED UP THE GOOD SLAB TO MATCH THE BAD SLAB BECAUSE THE EDGE OF THE BAD SLAB WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE GOOD SLAB. HE CUT A HOLE IN THE GOOD SLAB TO RAISE IT UP TO MATCH THE BAD PART. BY DOING THIS, IT COMPLETELY THREW OFF THE SERVICE DOOR FRAME. THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE DOORS OPEN FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS TO LET IT DRY. THAT WAS AROUND 11AM. AT AROUND 1:30PM, I WAS LEAVING FOR WORK, AND WHEN I WENT TO CLOSE THE SERVICE DOOR, IT WOULD NOT CLOSE. NOW, THIS HAS BECOME A MUCH WORSE JOB THAN WHAT I STARTED OUT WITH. I HAD TO SPEND MY ENTIRE WEEKEND WORKING ON THE DOOR TO GET IT TO CLOSE, WHICH IT BARELY DOES NOW.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CAREFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT. IT DID, HOWEVER, TAKE A COUPLE WEEKS LONGER THAN I EXPECTED TO GET THE JOB SCHEDULED.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY BOTH TIMES. THEY WERE QUICK IN GETTING OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE AND GOT THE WORK DONE EITHER BY THE DATE PROMISED OR EARLIER. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL WITH HIGH QUALITY WORK AND I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE IF THE NEED ARISES.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED DONE TO GET THE CEMENT TO DRAIN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. THEY DID SO IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND I AM VERY PLEASED.

RESPONDED QUICKLY, ABLE TO DO THE WORK THE SAME AFTERNOON. QUICK WORK. LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER COMPANIES QUOTED. MADE SURE THE HOLES THAT WERE DRILLED WERE RECOVERED IN AGGREGATE. LOOKED GREAT.

WORKED VERY WELL INDEPENDENTLY. MEMBER DID NOT HAVE TO STAY AND KEEP TRACK OF CREW. WONDERFUL JOB.
