He showed up on time he finished quickly and was so warm and friendly he even gave her a hug when he was done. She's in her mid 70's and was so happy she hugged him!
Description of Work: Travis drove from St Paul all the way to Independence to fix a widowers friend of mine two computers that were infested with viruses and inoperable

No Nonsense is - no nonsense. They tell you exactly what they believe is the issue and do exactly what they say they're going to do, and in a timely fashion. I have used them multiple times and have never had surprise charges or problems. I recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced hard drive, recovered my files, replaced all programs, improved performance of my machine.

Travis returned my call in a very timely fashion. He was able to get my laptop in right away and fixed it swiftly and for a very reasonable price. He works out of his home so there were kids running around and cartoons on. It's definately not like going to the geek squad. :o) I am perfectly fine with that. I will for sure use Travis again for future pc problems.
Description of Work: Replaced hard drive and recovered ALL my files from my crashed laptop.

i have had a past "positive" experience having this company repair my computer. Performance was getting worse so he recommended an upgrade of my operating system. After the upgarde, the computer is faster.

Good, no issues. Fixed Quickly.
Description of Work: Had issue with All in one printer not scanning. Called No Non-Sense PC Repair, within 20 minutes a rep was out. In a half hour he had everything going. Quick, and Efficient. The rep even tuned up my pc, beyond just fixing the issue. Very Happy!

Travis told me how much he charged and got my computer back to me within 24 hours! He also glues down some loose pieces, installed virus software and removed some viruses on my computer. All for $85. He is no nonsense.

The only problem I had was ...he advertises that he accepts credit cards .... and he does not. Which isn't right !!
Description of Work: Removed virus and installed virus protection. Cleaned up wasted space and explained how to use Virus software correctly.

All of the work was performed in 1-day, and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company. The work has been outstanding, with quick turnaround. No additional sales pitches and gimmicky product buys.
Description of Work: I had a disabled friend's custom-built PC repaired and upgraded by Travis. He replaced a faulty CPU fan and heat sink, a faulty hard drive, and then installed MS Windows 7 on this machine. Travis helped me select a reliable hard disks and fan to buy, and also guided me on buying a new anti-virus software for this PC. Service was quick, and the outfit was very helpful in providing a lot of general know-how - on what to do in case of future issue, which software products to use, where to buy parts etc. I

Another computer repair shop wanted more than twice as much to do the same thing. Tom and his partner Travis saw my husband right away after he called them and drove to the shop. They were very friendly and helpful. The computer was ready the next day! We were very impressed with their website, as it includes a very specific price list for different types of repairs. The repair ended up costing exactly what was listed and what my husband was told at the shop. If you need a computer repair, check them out! (PC Central Services has merged with No Nonsense Computer Repair, so this report will appear under both companies.)
