Description of Work: Nick returned to replace a cracking mortar job which he did about six months previous. He repaired the earlier product with a higher temp mortar at no charge. No argument. This guy is great!

I wasn't present for the service, but my tenant reported that everything went very well (prompt, professional, etc.). | |It turns out the chimney was not really in too much need of cleaning, so I thought the price was a little high. But, the peace of mind is worth it.

Description of Work: Bought a coupon and had them do the cleaning and sweep. They found a number of issues that I decided to have fixed before putting my house up for sale. They left a mess around the exterior chimney - chunks of wire and cement that would have done some damage to bare feet or the mower. My raised garden also had cement all over it and the plants (I would have covered it if asked). The mortar on the inside of the fireplace was not done very attractively, but Nick mentioned that his young helper "doesn't know what he is doing." He also offered to patch some missing grout in the tiles in front of the fireplace, but I didn't realize it would be with a different color than the existing grout. Upon the buyer's inspection, they noted that there were loose bricks on the exterior, which they pointed out because I had included in my disclosure that the chimney and fireplace were recently inspected and repaired. That was very disappointing to hear since Nick did not mention any other areas that needed work and the whole point of having the work done was to avoid issues during the buyer's inspection. The patch job that he did on my front steps did look great and saved me from replacing those.

Description of Work: I called five companies to install a chimney cap. Based on responsiveness, cost, and availability, I chose Nick. Nick showed up at, as requested, at 7:30 am and had the job completed in a very short time period. He took before/after pictures, so I could see the work performed, and also looked at other parts of my roof to answer an unrelated question. Description of Work: I was very pleased with Nick. I had some extra work done but the basic flu, fireplace and chimney cleaning was $150.00. Well worth it. Nick also did a very thorough clean-up. All done in 1.5 hrs.

I just wanted to have a professional look at the chemney and tell me if everything is all right and there is nothing to worry about.

Then I let it go until just before the snowstorm hit MN and WI this past weekend. I knew I needed help immediately when I heard teh forecast, or they'd have a hard time getting on the roof. Nick worked me into the schedule on two days' notice, showed up on time, cleaned the chimney, made a minor adjustment to the cap and allowed me to make two payment with him which helped me at theholiday. Plus, gave me an Angiel's Listdiscount!!!! He is honest, efficient, well priced and professional.....and, I forgot to mention, CLEAN!!! You never knew ther were there when they left. His crew took their shoes off without even asking or being asked!

Description of Work: Cleaned both of the fireplaces in our new home. Did an amazing job! Also, advised that we were missing the furnace cap on the roof and replaced that as well. Gave a bid for repairs to be done in the spring and offered a discount since we would have to wait until spring to have it fixed. Very nice guy - professional - would HIGHLY recommend.
