Description of Work: They are fantastic. Hands down the best cleaners we've ever used. They are so, so thorough. They ARE quite busy, though, so it is difficult if not impossible to reschedule if you have a conflict with your usual time. Overall I can't say enough glowing things about them.

+ -1 moreWe think Nicci Maids do a great job. They keep to their schedule, show up when expected, and are conscientious and thorough. Nicci is very professional and friendly at the same time. She trains her cleaners well and is always doing quality control checks.
Description of Work: We have Nicci Maids clean our house every two weeks. Nicole is extremely professional in how she runs her business and in expecting quality work. The price is for 2 cleaners for about 3 hours. They clean all areas of our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. They "deep clean" areas that I request.

Description of Work: NicciMaids has been working for me since moving back to Minnesota summer of 2012. Nicci comes once a month to do general housecleaning and as needed has washed windows and done additional services. She is very organized and thorough. She brings all of her own supplies. My sister also uses her services and is very pleased.
