Description of Work: John is a fantastic person and true tree professional. We have had him out a few times. He took down two dying trees and saved a third after it was damaged in a storm. He also did extensive and long over due pruning of all of our trees and bushes in our highly landscaped lawn. John has always been thorough, fair, kind and professional. He is definitely someone we will continue to recommend and work with.

+ -1 moreWe hired Natural Contour to remove a maple that was on its last legs. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and I asked him about another tree that was dying in our yard. He gave a quote on the spot and said he'd try to get them both out this afternoon.. Not only did he remove the trees along with the stump, but he also stuck around a while and provided insights as to how to attend to our other trees and shrubs so as to enhance their health, extend their life and make the yard look better. His work was absolutely first rate and I can say without hesitation that we would hire him again, should we require tree removal or any other work we need done. I was looking for a place to give a "B" so that the review doesn't seem canned, but it would be unfair to him to have done so. Highly, highly recommended.
Description of Work: We hired John to remove one tree, but we expanded the job to two trees on the day of our appt.

+ -1 moreI really liked them. They are located in Eagan. We had a heat index of 115 and it was so hot and the guy was up in the tree. I was really happy with him and I am going to have them come back and do some more trimming. The guy was super accommodating. I asked him about things and he gave me his opinion on everything. I have a giant lilac and he tied it up because it was leaning over my deck. These were things that tree people don't normally do.
Description of Work: I used Natural Contours Tree Care to take down some elms and he did some trimming. He also did some really other remarkable things for me.
