Rashon and his team went above and beyond my expectations for this project. I was not sure that my computer request project was doable because it involved old PC software to be workable on my Mac. Rashon patiently explained the options and steps needed to make this happen in a way that my limited computer savvy could understand. He updated my Mac and successfully completed the project and gave me enough time to become comfortable with my new software answering any questions along the way. I felt his pricing to be very fair and he picked up my computer and delivered it when finished. I highly recommend Rashon and his team for any computer project.

It went fantastic. It is not an overstatement to say that Rashawn, the owner of the company, went above and beyond what I'd expect for service from this kind of company. He picked up my computer even though it was a bit of a hike (he didn't even charge me for picking it up), and I had my computer back in a couple of days running like new for a reasonable price. Even though they were obviously pretty busy they took the time to answer every question I had, and were not difficult to get ahold of when I had further questions. In all, I had an awesome experience with Rashawn and his team, I know I'll be bringing things back to them if I need it and referring friends to them as well.

It went well. They got it done very quickly and we are very satisfied.

Let me start off by saying that I don't enjoy giving negative reviews. but I feel like I have to get the word out about the poor practices of this company. It all started when my laptop's bracket was broken. We texted their company number and they gave a rough estimate of about $360. When we got around to taking the laptop in, they re-evaluated that to $450. Understandable. I left my computer with the charger. When the job was complete, I came to pick it up, but noticed the charger was not handed back. The employee looked around the store for it, with no luck. He then told us that they would send us a new charger to our address for the inconvenience, and for now we could borrow one of their universal ones. I was a little bothered, but still appreciated the effort to correct a mistake. That is, until they went back on their word and said they'd bring us our old charger instead! I was very annoyed at this point. Nevertheless, they brought us an old charger- but it was severely damaged with wires sticking out, and didn't even work! Not to mention it was a completely different make. They took it back and said they'd buy us a new one, with my laptop still using this universal backup. Several days later, the "new charger" arrived, but it was a cheap offbrand one that also didn't work. We called the guy in charge and told him to get us a real charger, not some offbrand that doesnt work, and he argued with us angrily. At some point he threatened to fire his employees for his own mistake. What do you think happened next? Well, the boss randomly showed up to our house (I kid you not, we have this on tape) to verify if we were telling the truth and testing the charger on my laptop himself, unbelievable! He did not keep a safe social distance, we had to ask him to put on a mask. Once he knew we weren't lying, he argued at length about what belonged to us and what belonged to him, at some point threatening to dismantle the computer giving the money back, but went back on that one fast. We reached an agreement that I'd pick the charger and he'd pay to order it, and it would be over with. I just had to find it and email it to him. So I found the exact same type as I used to have. And it only gets worse here. They emailed me that they ordered that new charger and it would be there in 8 days, key word is ordered. At this point, I wanted nothing to do with them and to just get it over with. But guess what- they gave us the charger. But, you see, it wasn't a new one like the product details on the link I sent them was- it was the ORIGINAL charger they misplaced there! And the nerve- they even tried to pass it off as a new one, and didn't give me the receipt or box! So now not only is the first "original" they sent me a lie, but their promise on several occasions to send me a "new" one was also a lie. I sent them an email with actual evidence this was an old one (scratches, fading), and it was so obvious that they were forced to admit that it was the old one (admission pictured below). They played dumb asking if it works or not, which is irrelevant to the fact that I was extremely inconvenienced, harassed and not trusted, and CONSISTENTLY lied to about pretty much every detail, on top of the cost of the repair being sky high. Consumer beware.

Overall, the experience was excellent! My request for help was answered quickly, on a Sunday, and the services provided was all done remotely. They were able to retrieve my lost files, provide maintenance, at an affordable price. Outstanding, trustworthy business!!!

They were very professional and solved the problem the same day. I dealt with two different employees, one over the phone who remotely worked to install the printer, which was difficult since I was locked out of the installation disc and then another employee came out and got the wireless up and running in a matter of minutes. It was a Saturday, outside of normal business hours, but they were so responsive and made sure to get the issue resolved. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Very well! Kept me informed throughout, very fairly priced, no overselling. Would definitely use again.

They checked to see if there were recalls on the failed part and looked into several options to make repairs for the problem. Since there was not an economical solution for the age of the computer they recommended getting a new computer. Since they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me.
