+ -1 moreAmazing experience! Walking into Muska, they have so many fixtures, which is great but can feel overwhelming. Linda asked me about each room, from the size to the function to the style, as well as the finish of other hardware in the room. Then she pointed out several good options for lighting each space. We really love the pieces we picked and I know I wouldn't have found them without the help of a seasoned professional. It's wonderful to get the services of a lighting designer as well as beautiful fixtures.
Description of Work: We wanted to replace/update lighting fixtures in a home office, kitchen and front porch.

+ -1 moreThe lady that helped me was very competent and great. We went through the whole house and I told her what I wanted. She was very helpful. I was always into lighting at the time and I knew the particular kind of light that I wanted. I explained this to her and she understood what I was talking about when I explained it to her. She was able to tell me what kind of light fixture I needed. She worked with me and the commercial store to get the lights. They were very good. The price was what I expected.
Description of Work: I bought my house eight years ago. I wanted to change almost all of light fixtures to make the house my home.

+ -1 moreWe were attempting to match or come close to existing lights outside. We showed her the existing light and she immediately provided several options. She also suggested a dimmer which we never would have thought of for outside lights but it is great. The interior light we had to find something complimentary and she was very patient and helpful. She also suggested a way we could avoid changing our can lights by using different bulbs to change the feel.
Description of Work: We purchased both interior and exterior lights. Linda was exceptionally helpful.

+ -1 moreOur remodel project was quite large (we added a 3 story addition). Carrie at Muska helped us alot. She walked us through placement of the fixtures and helped us make our choices. We needed some additional recessed light fixtures later in the process, and I was able to just call her up and she ordered them. The store was great about calling us when out of items came in. I'd highly recommend Muska (and Carrie) to anyone with a lighting project.
Description of Work: I brought the plans for our remodel to Muska to help us choose the type of lights and the placement of the lights.
