Description of Work: The company only partially did the work; did not confirm a date and time for completing the work, despite my requests, tried to take credit for work done by the person who does my yard on a regular basis; and did not return phone calls or refund the balance of my payment.

[Member Name Removed] we were there and we did the work on two different occasions. We normally do not do this because he Angie's list deal is for one landscape project only. I told you we could not give you a time and date that we will be doing your cleanup. I told you there is too many variables with the weather and wind what we are doing fall cleanups. I have a six man crew there and I believe your neighbor obviously made a mistake in identifying who was there. I told you to time and date that we were there. I had to log sheets right in front of me when we talk. I believe it was your regular lawn crew that took advantage of my crews good work. [Member Name Removed] I returned all your phone calls and we discussed the invoice. I received your last call just before Thanksgiving after we had done your fall cleanup November 11 2015. Please remember your invoice also includes the tree and bush trimming and we had done back on October 29 and it also included the disposal that we had from that job on October 29. When I sent you the invoice you had still owed around $100 and in good faith I [Member Information Removed] your invoice to resolve the matter. I'm surprised to hear you had concerns after all the work we did for you and how we [Member Information Removed] the bill in good faith. This work was not done in May 2016 but rather at the end of October and the beginning of November 2015.

Description of Work: I have no idea whether they perform quality work or not. What I can say is that I left a phone message with them to inquire about an estimate and never heard back from them. Whether this suggests that they are so sought after as to be too busy to respond or that they are disorganized or indifferent I cannot say. What I can say is that I will not use a company that cannot return a simple business call.

We try to respond to every phone call possible. There are some phone calls that we cannot respond to because we do not have a phone number or their message is not clear. We do however publish our website and our email address and we aske perspective clients to contact us by email in order to keep a clear record of our conversation and prices quoted. I would have called this prospective client back but I must not have a phone number for him. If he provides me his phone number I'd be happy to talk to him. It may take up to three days to return a phone call where it can take a less time to return a email.
