dry cleaning
 + -1 morei have used mulberry's for years for dry cleaning and shirt laundering / pressing. i used to drop off and pick up, but lately i've been having them deliver my clothes to me at work downtown. this worked fine several times, but this last time i dropped of a dress i recently wore to a wedding to be drycleaned. a few days later, i got a phone call from a random guy that he had my dress. apparently, mulberry's had delivered it to him with all of his clothing. if he hadn't noticed or hadn't called me, i would have no idea and my dress would've just been lost. i was less than pleased with the response i got when i called mulberry's right away when i found out. they acted like it was no big deal. i got my dress, because i got it directly from the person who it was delivered to in error, not because mulberry's offered to make things right! they have since offered me store credit (they should have offered to not charge me at all!) and because i told them that i was hesitant to ever use their delivery service again, the actual delivery guy emailed me personally. i'm glad they have made some attempts to make things better, but it's a little too late. the garments we entrust with them are expensive! i am giving them a C and not a D or F only because i truly appreciate their commitment to being truly non-toxic!

dry cleaning
 + -1 moreMy wife switched to Mulberry's b/c she felt it was more earth friendly. We did home pick-up/drop-off. They were the only group that we use for dry cleaning. They lost my suit which I bought a few years ago for $400+ plus a shirt that I ordered from a French company and had shipped to the states.
Description of Work: I used them for months. They lost a suit and a shirt. I followed up several times. They went dark. I'd recommend them only if you want to lose your clothing.

Description of Work: My dry cleaner closed and I had to find a new one. I love the ease and convenience of dropping off at my favorite grocery store. I was impressed with the computerized system and the easy turn in. The hanging clothes were presented on woooden hangers and in the bag with my husband's folded dress shirts was a prelabled bag for my next order. There was no dry clean smell. The help was courteous and knew my name after the first visit.
