I really appreciated the communication, ability to finish the project quickly, and the quality of the painting. I can't believe I waited so long to find them.

Overall, the job went effortlessly (on our parts!). We cleared the furniture from the rooms; Laurie and Terri came the day they scheduled and they finished the day they estimated. This small business has been in operation for about 20 years and it shows in their work. They are conscientious, they know their stuff, and they want the job to look good. They made painting an 18-foot stairway wall look easy: the result is beautiful. They removed the texture from a large (about 300 square foot) "popcorn" ceiling and left us with a beautifully painted non-textured ceiling. All of the trim work looks professionally done. When they finished, they left us with clean rooms, leftover paint, and beautiful walls, trim, and ceiling. We will hire them again if we need more work. In addition to their competence (and the fact that they are a very small business), there are other reasons we highly recommend them: Laurie and Terri are delightful people with whom one can confidently hand over a housekey and feel comfortable having in one's home. They work well together and they worked well with us. I believe they sincerely enjoy improving a home. They are also MORE THAN TOLERANT of pets: our cat often asked for--and received--attention from them. They never once complained about her and reassured us that they loved pets (they are pet owners themselves). Update May 2015: I have hesitated to update this review, but I think it is necessary. It turns out that, after wallpaper removal, not all (or any?) of the glue was removed. We started noticing a significant glue-bleed on the walls very soon after the job was finished and, because of life things, just did not contact the painters. We acknowledge this did not give them a chance to make good on this. Nonetheless, you just cannot paint over wallpaper glue. We had to re-hire the work (with someone else) and it was a hassle and an added expense, Again, I think these are delightful people who I loved having around--and they did some very good work--but the wallpaper glue thing is not OK.

They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond other companies. I was even able to touch base with them after the work was done for some suggestions on other work I was doing myself. They offered the advice without asking at no cost. Very personable service all around.

They have always been flexible with times to come and give estimates. They ask a lot of helpful questions and are often willing to work with us if we want to do a part of the project. They come when they say they will. They clean up after themselves every night and offer helpful insights about the house. It feels like they are part of our home improvement team and we plan to keep them as our first call when we have a project.

She was very efficient and professional. She lives pretty close to use, so we are happy to use her services. If there is a need, I would use her again in the future too.

the project went well. They had a bit of trouble getting us on their final schedule, but the delay was only minor.

This project went very well. We had a number of other projects going on in the same timeframe, and they kept in touch so we could schedule their work at a point that made sense for both of us. In addition to being accommodating in that regard, they were helpful in deciding on painting versus re-wallpapering and in choosing paint type and colors. Their work was well done, reasonably priced, and they did a nice job on clean-up. Of almost equal importance to us as the quality of their work, Laurie and Terri were very good in dealing with our two large dogs and seem to be quite the animal lovers. This is a real plus when you are having interior work done and prefer that your dogs not spend the entire time outside or restrained more than necessary to keep them out of the actual work area. We definitely plan to call them again.

They were on time, very professional and we came to an agreement on what they were going to do. They were very friendly.

Laurie and Terrie came highly recommended by good friends of ours and they did a great job. They were timely, friendly, very competent and professional painters, had good suggestions, listened to us about what we wanted, communicated well, cleaned up very well, had a reasonable fee, were very flexible and very easy to work with. We plan to use them again for several other projects and highly recommend them.

We were pleased with the workmanship. They redid a hallway that was cracking and a mess and repaired the ceiling in our bathroom. It looks tremendously better and they were in and out of there in less then 2 days. Because of our good experience, we hired them to redo our laundry room which was a moldy mess with holes in the walls, a very dirty floor, and overall ugly. I wish I could post a picture, I actually enjoy doing laundry now, its a pleasure to be in there. Worth every penny. I like working with Ms. Greenjeans because of her flexibility. She doesn't mind allowing me to do the pieces of a job that I can do in order to save money.

They responded quickly. They gave a reasonable bid. They were clean and detail oriented. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. Very efficient and accessible when I had questions. They got right back with me when I contacted them.

Outstanding. This is our second time working with Ms. Greenjeans, and they were stellar in both instances. They are prompt to return service request calls. They are prompt (even early) when they come to bid for the work. They were true to their estimates and timeframes and they performed work of the highest quality. On our project they were thrown a curve ball (the wallpaper, once removed, revealed unfinished walls) and they adapted without skipping a beat. Ms. Greenjeans is also very good about communicating updates and (at our request) they even recommended paint colors that worked within the colors of our existing walls, while allowing us nice variety. We will definitely work with them in the future and we recommend them without hesitation.

Ms. Green jeans' work was done in a timely fashion, well within the bid, and they worked with me and listened to my design ideas while providing the expertise that I lack. I have since hired them to fix my ceilings, remove wallpaper and paint my walls, and they did a beautiful job. Ms. Green jeans also repaired my water-damaged basement walls and built and installed shelving, again creating usable space where there was none. I have no hesitations around hiring them again. I am planning on hiring them this spring (if it ever comes!) to redesign and add on to my chicken coop.

Poorly. The tile was installed somewhat crooked. Ms. Greenjeans agreed that the installation was crooked but said that no one had ever complained before, and I was too picky. They declined to re-install the tile. Although some of it was salvageable, I needed to buy additional tile. They slightly improved but did not flatten the wall, by pulling off the plaster and placing a thin board over it. They did not tell me they were unable to flatten the wall. When I later noticed and asked about it, Ms. Eubanks said that I didn't have the kind of money it would take to flatten the old wall. The next tiler I hired to finish the job was able to flatten the wall at a reasonable price simply by taking the lathe out and installing cement board. Ms. Greenjeans moved the outlet up slightly, but said that it could not be made flush with the wall; they recommend I use a long screw to hold the plate on. The tiler I hired to complete was able to make the outlet flush to the wall by using shims.
