Description of Work: Urmas Tugi runs "More Than a Handyman" He is an incompetent builder who says he can do anything but then does everything wrong. Everything he did had to be redone or we had to haggle the price for him to cut hours off his bill. He charged $40 an hour and bid tiling a bathroom and shower at 8 hours and he didn't finish the shower after two and a half days. He cuts corners, does plumbing that is not code, and will cost you a fortune. Stay away, this guy will rip you off do bad work, and cost you a fortune to fix his "mistakes." He had to be redirected to work a lot because he would spend 30 minutes of each hour working talking if you didn't. He is constantly on his phone, and says "it will work" when something seems like a bad idea. There are competent builders out there who charge half of what he does. He costs more and works slow.
