+ -1 moreFleet Farm is filling their store isles with extra displays and mechandise dispite the covid pandemic. It is almost impossible to social distance. Fleet Farm stores no longer feel safe to shop.

Description of Work: I bought 4 new tires for my car. The sales people were knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. Their was a rebate on the tires and they provided everything I needed to submit the rebate. My tire purchase was a good experience and would recommend Fleet Farm for tires.

+ -1 moreWe bought the tires on a Sunday, for install that afternoon. The work was complicated by the mechanic breaking a mounting stud off from the Wheel assembly. This required significant additional time and complexity to the process. A more senior supervisor appeared to intervene and get the work done safely. All in all, the work was done, but the new problem appeared to be one of inexperience or haste on the part of the mechanic. But, this was all on a Sunday afternoon,,,,,, perhaps M-F work is different?

+ -1 moreI called them up and scheduled a time for my tires to be rotated, the scheduling process was quick and professional. I arrived at the scheduled time and they greeted me and received the car, rotated the tires and had me back on the road quickly..

+ -1 moreI called on a Saturday for an estimate on tires. They had the best prices of the 5 places I called. They said I could bring the car in that same day. They replaced the tires while I shopped. The car was ready on time, and I got a warranty without any extra charge.

+ -1 moreHad difficulty making my schedule fit there's, and they were in a hurry when I talked with them. They had the best price I could find by far, good warranty and balance and rotate the tires for the life of the tires. Have always been pleased with them in the past.
