+ -1 moreWonderful! Mr. Ferraro had a great attitude and was able to speak at everyone's level of knowledge in the real estate process. I never had a question go unanswered. Mr. Ferraro was there every step of the way. I would also like to say that I have just hired Mr. Ferraro again, and after viewing the 'property of my dreams'' with him, came to see just what a bad investment this would have been for me. Mr. Ferraro pointed out so many faults with the property that I had not seen, I was amazed. At first I must say I was disheartened, but then came to realize that Mr. Ferraro was more interested in me making a sound investment, than his own commission. This is stunning in today's world. I will never be able to thank him enough for putting my interests first and not his own wallet. I will, most definitely, hire Mr. Ferraro in the future.
Description of Work: Mr. Ferraro was hired to sell my home. A home I had on the market for four years with very little results. Within a matter of two months, Mr. Ferraro had my home sold. It saved me untold amounts of money. Mr. Ferraro was not only very knowledgeable about his industry, but showed great amounts of integrity and honesty with both myself and the buyers.
