Description of Work: Unfortunately they never got back to me when I inquired for assistance on a printer. I'm assuming they couldn't assist - it just would have been nice to hear back.

+ -1 moreTechnician pick up the copier the same day I called in. He said there would be $49.00 charge to check out the copier at the shop. I told him to go ahead and check it out. He called me back a few days later and told me the copier was out dated and he would not be able to fix it. I ask him how much I owed him and he said no charge because he couldn't fix it and returned it to me for free.
Description of Work: Work was done because copier was out dated and could not be fixed.

+ -1 moreCalled Al to get a quote on a replacement printer. He responded in a timely matter and provided a couple options. Once we had made the decision on which one would suit our needs he brought it onsite and installed to a computer for no additional charge.

+ -1 moreHenry called me all the time to tell me where he was and how long he thought it would be before he could come. This occurred even the first day before he actually came. On the day he came, he called first thing on the morning to give me his schedule and told me when he would call again. He called on time every time. He was prompt, courteous and went directly to work when he arrived, armed with a notebook on Canon printers. He told me they would discount any purchase I made because I had spent money on a repair call. I would definitely call him again and recommend him. Big Box retailers mail the printer to the manufacturer. Henry comes to your house (or business). Although the accent if heavy my all I spoke to, they understand everything and communicate a high level of customer service.
Description of Work: My Canon printer which was about 3 years old, just stopped printing. I had, for the first time used a cartridge an Office Depot store brand cartridge. It did not seem to fit the same. While the printer worked for awhile, when I printed something with that color, it froze. I called Metro Printer Services. The grill on the phone was quite hard to understand, but eager to please. The technician could not make it out the day I called but came the next(working) day which happened to be July 3. He came about 4:45. I was at a neighbors and we missed each other. I called him and he turned around and drove back to my home office. He explained the rates again right up front before he got started. In 15 he able to see the new cartridge was the problem. He also cleaned my machine. We could not test it because it will only print if all cartridges are seated. He advise me to try toe Canon brand again and if not, the cost of repair was not worth more then the 1/2 hour charge already spent.
