Description of Work: After 17 years our furnace needed replacing. We called Metro Heating & Cooling as we had our air conditioner replaced by them in 2013- they did an outstanding |job. From their diagnostic visit to complete installation of the new furnace Metro Heating & Cooling was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and the job completed quickly. We highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Did what they said they would do at reasonable price. Had never had this done before so I was surprised that there wasn't more "dirt" in the cleaning process. It all went well, they were responsive when I finally needed the work done, explained what they would do. Not sure I would do it again, as not sure I need.

Description of Work: IN the end I did not hire Metro, but I found them to be very responsive and informed about the work I was asking them to bid on. They were very pleasant and patient with my many questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, qualified professionals.

Description of Work: They worked on a boiler for a heating system for a sidewalk. The work was not satisfactory. It was not completed. They were supposed to call me back and give me an update about finishing up the boiler and they never did.

Description of Work: They came out for an estimate. They were newer in the business and we wanted to make sure we went with someone who would be around for future problems, so that’s why we ended up choosing a company that has been around for a long time. Things went well meeting with them; they were easy to talk to and discuss the situation. They didn’t really do any type of measuring around the house like some of the other service providers did. I did receive helpful information from them.
