+ -1 moreIt Started out well but when her quotes started coming in for quartz and blinds they seemed overly inflated. I started checking other vendors for identical products and found her quotes to be significantly higher. I paid her a % of my budget as her fee for design and project mgmt. She was to make purchases at MSRP or less based on her discount. She had purchased some lighting, wallpaper and a sink for me when we severed our agreement. I asked her to provide me with the invoices for the wallpaper and sink so I could verify that I was not overcharged but she refused. I subsequently found out that she charged me almost double for the sink.. I have worked with a number of designers and have always had good experiences until now. I would NOT recommend Mary Lynch Design
