About us

At MANY WATERS CLEANING SERVICES our purpose is to make your home CLEAN. That is the #1 reason why we even exist, so we promise to do it RIGHT. If we don't live up to the standard, we will re-service the area within 24 hours for FREE. We offer DEEP CLEANS, STANDARD CLEANINGS, and MOVING RELATED CLEANS. If you can live in it, we can clean it! Our cleaners are experienced cleaning professionals who have undergone background checks and have insurance. They are good people, and we are grateful to them for representing us so well! We take our name from a term that appears several times throughout the Bible. One particular favorite: "The floods have lifted up, O Lord: the floods have lifted up their voice. The floods have lifted up their waves, with the noise of many waters. Wonderful are the surges of the sea: wonderful is the Lord on high."

The people doing the work at this company do great work. The ownership is doing them a disservice with underhanded lies when it comes to the service. I was promised that if the work wasn’t complete the worker(s) would come back. He was amazing and finished early. I asked if he could communicate to the owner that he was done early so I could get a partial refund. Guy worked 60% of the estimate (and well), so I happily paid for 75% completion (3 of 4 hours). Get the bill before 3 hours have even passed for the full amount. Reached out politely to the owner and was told that since it is not hourly on the estimate there would be no refund. Just don’t book any big jobs since the fair refund policy is gfy.

Many thanks to Mr. [Member Name Removed] for taking the time to leave a review. We do appreciate the compliments he gives to our cleaning staff. The great results that we delivered to his mother's home this past weekend seem to be indisputable. As for the price of the clean, we quoted a price to Mr. [Member Name Removed] based on the size of the home (bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage). After the clean, we charged the price that we quoted. We never communicated to Mr. [Member Name Removed] that we charge by the hour (we don't), so it was a surprise to us when he called after the clean asking to be refunded based on how much time had passed on the clock. We did not agree to a refund because we had no reason to provide one. As he admits, the cleaner did great work, and that's what we're here for. All the best to everyone involved.

When you first talk to the guy he is super nice , he tell you they will do everything, that part was good, customer services skills was very good. After they showed up and did not do the job they were supposed to do, they did not get the whole thing. After they email me and told me they were going to gave me a refund , they haven't follow up with me and blocked my number.
