They gave a good estimate but we ultimately went with another company
Description of Work: Asked them to provide an estimate for a laundry list of plumbing tasks to our older home. Some were immediate needs and others were for a different phase of our home upgrade. Manship was punctual and gave good feedback on our project. Of the five quotes we received, they were second to the lowest. We went with the lowest bids partly because of the positive reviews on Angies List and partly for the cost.

It turned out this is now part of Benjamin Franklin the Punctual Plumber. I initially called them because I thought they were the closest listed plumber to our home, but that is no longer true. The valve broke on a Friday night so the plumber came on Saturday morning which was more expensive (I believe he said the normal weekday basic service call is 69.00 for the first hour). He did a good job and said they would apply the fee toward a new water heater if we chose to have them replace it in the next month.
Description of Work: Replaced valve on water heater and gave prices for replacing the entire water heater.
