+ -1 moreWhen I inherited the property, I tried to have the account put into my name. They refused to talk to me because I wasn't listed on the account and continued charging the previous owner's account. That account had to be cancelled first - then I would need to talk to sales about starting a new account. I looked around for another comany that provides this service in Minnneapolis and had no luck. Because I did not want them to have my checking account at their disposal I decided to pay extra by credit card. Every time I've spoken to them on the phone, they were un-friendly and a bit unprofessional. We've since sold the propery and I'm glad that I don't have to deal with them anymore.
Description of Work: We inherited a residential property in Minneapolis that relys on fuel oil heating. Yokum Oil is one of the few companies in the area that still supplies bulk fuel for these tanks. They have a regular fuelling plan that makes sure the tanks are kept full. You get a discount with this plan but have allow automatic withdrawls from you checking account. The previous owner had this plan and numerous mistakes were made with billing - automatically withdrawling money from her account.
