 + -1 moreAfter requesting initial quotes from several mortgage brokers, I selected M&M Mortgage by having the most detailed response and lowest total cost. Doug handled my case very well, there were no surprises. The documentation process was grueling but manageable with lots of assistance from Doug. Doug did an excellent job of tailoring my mortgage to my needs. We looked at several complex options including negative points, non-standard terms (16 years), and near-zero closing costs. Doug and M&M Mortgage did an excellent job of finding the best lender for my complex needs.
Description of Work: Researched several lenders to provide a mortgage refinance tailored specifically to my needs.

I was working with another company as well, but M and M was more responsive and better about getting me answers to my questions right away. They were also referred by a contact of mine. The process went pretty smoothly. The price wasn't low, but it was competitive and reasonable.
Description of Work: We bought our new home through M And M Mortgage.
