They have done a good job.

We are on week 4 and so far, so good! They have been very responsive from my first call through today; much better than some others I talked to before deciding to go with MaidPro. We get an e-mail reminding us of the upcoming schedule (we had the option of e-mail or phone message) and have the same person each week which helps with the communication. They bring their own equipment and product which means I don't need to run out the night before to get any supplies. Having the weekly cleaning has helped us to keep the house picked up and now I am getting into the mood to purge more stuff so we can enjoy our home even more. Amazing how much more we enjoy our home and already have started entertaining again. Love it!

They are good, but you have to set your expectations. They are not going to get every nook and cranny. For the amount of time they were here, they did a good job. But I didn’t have them here for more than four hours and it is a big house so they did well. They responded right away, I believe. I don’t remember if they had to call me back again or not, to be exact, though it took me fast. They are flexible, I can change my schedule. Since I am an independent consultant, sometimes I have less time to clean my house and sometimes I have more time. So I don’t want somebody who has to be here every week or every other week. I want to be able to do it sometimes every week, sometimes every other week, sometimes cut it out for a couple of months if I am not fully employed. So that works very well for me.

I used Maidpro several years ago and they were excellent to start, but the quality of work seemed to be declining and varied depending on whom was cleaning. We moved and discontinued service, but when we were in need again, I called and was quickly scheduled. The first visit the cleaners were not able to get to everything promised, which was not a big deal as I expected them to get it done the next visit in 2 weeks. Next cleaning 2 weeks later same things and additional missed, no comment that I needed more time for them, just poor cleaning. I called and complained. I was offered for them to come the next day and finish, but that day did not work for my schedule and no additional dates were offered (nor any type of refund). I provided a list of what needed to be done that had been missed 2 times (and $300 dollars later) and was told a different crew would be sent. I expected an exceptional cleaning the 3rd time and again the same things were not done. I was offered to "try again" and they'd add extra time for "free" after I am already out $450 for sub par cleaning. I am disappointed in their lack of responsiveness to my complaints and the overall service/cleaning were poor. The time allocated was adequate based on how long it takes me to clean the house. If 2 people were working for 3 hours, my house should have been spotless.

From booking the date/time/price to the cleaners arriving on time and providing the agreed upon service, everything went smoothly and met expectations of helping me out.

They do a good job and they know what they are doing. They use safe products and the end results are very good.

I've used them for 4 years. I don't like how they handle a new person that starts with them. They did do this to me once and I do not like a new person to come in and clean the house and I called them to let them know and they did change the person. They always do what I ask them to do, if there is anything new they will write it down. They will leave a slip for everything that they have done and before they leave they will ask if everything is OK. They are always on time and they will call ahead if they are running behind or they will email me the day before to let me know.

We have used Maidpro for over 2 years now every other week and have had Patty as our cleaner. We are so thrilled that we consistantly have Patty and even though she is use to our home, she still cleans it every week as if it were her first time cleaning it. Maidpro always calls the day before to remind us and they email me the day after to make sure everything went well. Maidpro has even helped us out around the holidays with schedule changes so Patty could come before company arrived. We absolutely love this service. We have used many different company's and self employed cleaner's over the years but this is the best service we have received.

Everything went very well. I liked the discussion we had over the phone with them. They came here and did what they said they would. They did a very good job.

I hired 2 persons for 3 hours. I have had them before. They do an excellent job. They accommodate us whenever we ask. Sometimes Maidpro offers "specials" which is an added advantage. Also, We primarily get the same professionals each time.

Very easy to work with to set up time and entry. Worked me in, inbetween regular customers. Gave me a tighter estimate than others and really listened to my priorities. My house was filthy and they cleaned it up. Left me a note regarding a problem they found, which was helpful.

I began the process via their web site, after reviewing their Angie's List reviews. The owner/manager called and discussed their services and estimated the intial cleaning would take 3.5 hours for my square footage. We scheduled a time just over a week from this conversation. The office called with a reminder one day before the staff person was scheduled. Joy arrived at the time scheduled and after brief intros proceeded to perform her tasks. She finished just short of the projected time so the intial charge was slightly less than expected. She vacuumed the living, dining, sun and two bedrooms; dusted everything, including window sills, baseboards and picture frames; cleaned two bathrooms thoroughly, washed the kitchen and eat-in dining area wood floors and cleaned appliance fronts. All by herself, in about 3 hours. I elected to continue on a bi-weekly basis but limit the time to about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. MaidPro does this by having you prioritize the tasks you want done so that you could arrange a three hour on one visit and two or more hours for another visit. This works well for me as I don't have children or pets to help dirty the place! MaidPro said they could send a team if I'd prefer, but I am happy with the personality and performance of Joy, the first staff person they sent. MaidPro calls the next day to verify the service was satisfactory, and calls a day in advance of the next scheduled cleaning. They have also been responsive via email when I had a question.

I started with the website. The office called me back the next day to talk about their services. What I appreciated most was how the office person (Shelli) is friendly, personable, and doesn't SELL her services aggressively. I felt comfortable having them send someone and honestly, I liked the idea of being able to switch days easily or switch cleaners if I didn't think I liked the one I got sent. However, for efficiency, they normally send the same cleaner, which works out well. I also liked the fact that I could give them 48 hours notice to skip a week or cancel without a contract (in writing). That made it easy to get started. Additionally, since I decided I'd like someone to come once a week, I got a discount. I think it is approximately $28/hour (plus tax). The website offered an initial coupon of a free hour, so I used that and set up a schedule of four hours the first week, three hours each of the next couple of weeks, then two hours/three hours alternating. This brings my rate to $62.45 for the two-hour weeks and $91.27 for the three-hour weeks (or $150/two weeks). Most people DO use every-other-week service, so I am a bit unusual, but it works better for me this way. When Kim came the first time, she was friendly, efficient, and knew what she was doing quite well. Since I work at home, I needed to have someone come who doesn't judge me (she was kind and said that she's got a grandson right now and she understands how you spend more time "Babyproofing" than cleaning as they get bigger...since everything has to go higher and higher until there IS no higher place!). I also needed to have someone who was easy to work with (I listen to responses, so noise can sometimes be an issue). Kim "times" the upstairs vacuuming perfectly, and checks with me about when a good time is to do that, but otherwise she works through her list each week without checking in beyond a quick "Hello...Start in the kitchen?" upstairs as she comes through the door. Since she's come to help out, I've noticed that our lives run a bit smoother. I can focus on cleaning SOME things (my office area and tall/high things that she can't reach) and she'll focus on bathrooms, living room, and kitchen every week (and some combination of vacuuming the stairs/upstairs/light straightening/the guest bed/bath in the 3-hour weeks). She uses her time well and can clean around toys (and finds stray ones to put away). Every time she leaves, I feel good, not upset that I can't be a better mom, and the time saved is well worth it. I don't have to worry that I didn't have time to clean the kitchens and bathrooms every week (since I know they're done AT LEAST once), and if I don't get around to vacuuming the upstairs one week, I know it'll get done the next. We've been using these services over a month now, and I haven't noticed any degradation of services. I'm not sure if it's because I work at home, however.

We thought about hiring someone for a long time. We have had several bad experiences with cleaners. Usually they start well, then something happens and they just don't continue to do the same job. Or, as with our last experience, someone new comes each time and you never know what to expect. With MaidPro we always have the same person and know exactly what to expect. Complete satisfaction.

The maidpro office staff was friendly and scheduled an initial cleaning right away. The first cleaning was spectacular with great attention to detail. After a couple of months, we noticed that little things would be missed. They were very responsive to complaints, but after a while it didn't seem worth complaining about such little things. Maid pro charges by ''person-hour.'' $91.06 reflects the cost for 1.5 hours of cleaning (3 person hours with two housekeepers). Recently, we noticed that we would be charged for 90 minutes when the team only spent 60 minutes in the house. I brought this to the attention of the office staff who credited the amount for our next cleaning. They told me that, in general, they figure that 15 minutes is no big deal because sometimes the team will leave early and sometimes they will stay late. They never stayed late. After a while, it just got annoying, so we canceled the service.

THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE. THANKS, ANGIE'S LIST, FOR FINDING THEM FOR ME! THE INITIAL INTAKE CALL WAS PLEASANT AND RESULTED IN IMMEDIATE SERVICE AT A VERY FAIR PRICE. THE CLEANERS WHO ARRIVED WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH. I HAVE HAD INDEPENDENT HOUSEKEEPERS FOR YEARS, AND NEVER THOUGHT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WOULD SUIT ME. THIS ONE HAS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE. THEY EVEN WERE ABLE TO ACCEPT AUTOMATIC CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, E-MAILING ME A RECEIPT AFTERWARDS. THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS THEY DO NOT PROVIDE IN THEIR SERVICE (LIFTING HEAVY ITEMS, MOVING FURNITURE, ETC.), BUT THEY EXPLAIN VERY WELL UP FRONT WHAT THEY CAN AND CAN'T DO. SOME CUSTOM SERVICES (CHANGING BED LINENS, ETC.) CAN BE DONE IF ARRANGED IN ADVANCE WITH THE OFFICE. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAIDPRO. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY A RESPONSIVE AND WELL-MANAGED BUSINESS.
