Tom has no employees, owns his own equipment, and is a one-man show; therefore he has extremely low overhead costs and is why he can perform pool removal so inexpensively. Other company quotes were $6,200 and $7,500 - $10,000. Any and all concerns were thoroughly discussed and Tom was very responsive and willing to adjust to ease any issues that arose. Note that black dirt can be added as an extra expense but no grass seeding or sod is included.

The owner of the company, Tom Lodahl, was in charge of everything and he had a couple of helpers. He was here on time and left everything clean and neat. He was very personable and professional. I recommend him to anyone.

Working with Tom was absolutely great! He responded to our call for a bid promptly. He was the first to respond and his was ultimately the best bid. He is very good at his job. He knocked down our garage without knocking one tomato off of our bushes or harming our neighbor's picket fence which stands about 1.5 feet from one of the walls.
