Beautiful job, he is nearing 1000 of egress only installs, he claims he'll retire at 1000, hurry before he's retired.

Practice makes perfect. During the installation of my new egress window, this old adage received considerable validation. While visiting with Lloyd, he mentioned he has installed 900 egress windows. The whole experience was flawless. In describing the details of the entire process, all I can do is echo previous reports. Lloyd works by himself. He is quick to return phone calls. He digs the hole with a shovel. He puts the dirt in a location that is best for you. He is very, very careful in minimizing dust. This was for me the most important detail. I have for years delayed putting in a egress window because of being concerned about cement dust being in the house. When I read a previous report stating there is minimal dust; I was ready for that window. He used drop clothes to cover the floor from the front door to the work area. Work took two days. The city inspector said it was quality workmanship.

Lloyd called back the same day, set up a time to meet and gave a bid. Showed up on time and did the job as quoted. Took 2 days and it's the best money I've spent in home improvement. Thanks Lloyd!!

Fantastic. Lloyd is really great. Always on time and always returned phone calls promptly. It only took him a day and a half. He put the dirt he dug everywhere I asked him to and the window looks great. It is high quality Anderson window. There was substantially less dust in the house than I anticipated, I think because Lloyd took such care about that when he cut into the cement. Lloyd was also a lot less expensive that anyone else I called.

Excellent. Lloyd showed up on time and completed all the work. The work was high quality and he was a pleasure to work with. The project took three days, just as he said. He worked by himself and I was astounded at how quickly and smoothly it all went. He even offered to spread the dirt in the yard. Great contractor.

Excellent work at a low price. We had a certain large company bid for this job as well - I am sure their work would have been fine, but it was significantly more. Lloyd does one thing and does it well - willing to move dirt to any place in yard we requested and spread it out evenly. He digs the hole by hand, so if access to the area is limited, he would be the one to contact. Choice of retaining wall of corrugated metal, treated timber, or Keystone block. We went with treated timber and were also able to get a slight discount due to slow time of year for egress window installation. He does not ''finish'' inside or outside by staining wood window frame (actual window installed is maintenance free Andersen), but even if you hired that out by someone else, you would still save significantly over other companies. I would highly recommend this contractor. City inspector even remarked it looked like a quality job.

Lloyd returned my call requesting a bid promptly and talked me through a bid on the phone. His price was excellent ($1,975) however, he preferred only to install single windows, and I was interested in putting in a larger size (two windows side by side for a total of 60x40"). He referred me to another competitor who ended up doing the job.
