On 10/27 I was told by Tim an appointment was set up for Wednesday 10/29 and he would call me that morning to confirm what time he would be by to do some electrical work. By 12:45 pm I had not received a call so I called him asking what the estimated arrival time would be and left a message since he did not answer. By 4:30 pm, I had not received a call back yet so I called again and also left another message asking for him to at least call me back to either confirm our appointment or at least reschedule. Still no return call. Very unprofessional. In the past we have liked and used Live Wire and although they have never not been great as far as responsiveness they did great work. By this lack of consideration for my time they have lost my business. They do good work at a reasonable price but the trade off for the lack of responsiveness and punctuality is not worth it.

This same handyman had installed ceiling lights in a previous residence. No complaints whatsoever. Job well done. Professional, friendly, and very happy with his work.

These guys are exceptional. As professionals, they offer recommendations that will satisfy my needs. They are very easy to work with, very accommodating, and they do a great job. I trust them to work in my home when I am not present....they get along well with my dogs, too! Tim Schoenrock is very personable and fun to work with. No job is too big or too small for these guys. I am definitely a repeat customer and I recommend them to all of my friends.
