My husband's new company wanted him to move closer than 80 miles from their plant. We didn't look to hard at houses in Wisconsin since we expected our house to be on the market for a while. But we talked to Linsey and went out a few times to look at houses. Our house sold in 3 days. Linsey cleared her schedule and took us to over 40 houses in two weeks, meeting with us almost every night. Even if she thought some of our choices were odd, the appointments were made. She was always on time, happy, and honest when asked her opinion. She grew up in Hammond and is very familiar with the area we were looking in. When I found my house she worked over the weekend to get us a showing (the seller's agent was out of town). She lwas ess helpful with coming up with the price to offer, but this wasn't our first home buying experience so that was okay. When it came to our inspection she had several names for us to go with and the one we picked was great. On our final walk through we found that the sellers had erred in reporting the type of flooring they had under a throw rug. It was plywood, not oak like the disclosure stated. Linsey was on her phone with her team lead, her broker, and her attorney. Not to mention the seller's agent, a very lengthy call. She made sure that we were given money for the flooring to put in at a later date without messing up the closing. She also made sure that we still closed on the 24th, just later in the day. We couldn't have done any of this without her having some very good relations with the people we were working with. She worked with our loan officer, closer and appraiser to close on our house in 21 days.
