I own a business and am part of a trade program called Itex. This Line-X dealer is part of that same program. I reached out to this dealer and asked if they could install a liner on the floor of a new trailer for me for trade(Itex) and they said all I have to do is pay the sales tax on it. I was fine with this and drove up there to get a bid. My bid was $900-$1100 and was told to bring it back in a week and they would install it. Friday I was told it was done and that they do not take trade(Itex) for specialty applications and I will have to pay cash. When I went to pick it up I was told multiple times that I was wrong and they never said that. I wrote out a check and got my trailer. I was very upset and felt cheated and lied to. I was then told to come back up a few days later and they would make it right. When I showed up they changed there mind and wasted my time again. This company is shady as can be and does not stick to their bid or their word.
