LIGHTING BY DESIGN

I liked the first fan that I looked at but the blades were too long. The salesperson contacted the manufacturer and asked if I could use shutter blades. The manufacturer didn't know what they were talking about and said yes. I thought I would buy the fan and order replacement blades. I bought two fans. I went to have one installed and they said it was to big so I never used it. I got the shorter blades but I found out they didn't fit the brackets. I went back and told them I needed different brackets. I then found out that I couldn't get different brackets My handy man took the fans down and I took them back for a trade in. I ordered two different fans. I waited and waited and made it kind of a joke. I never got a call from them in terms of what happened to my fans. Their customer service sucks. I finally broke down and called. They told me that one of the lamp shades were on back order. I went back and basically broke even on the cost. The manager was very apologetic. I told him that I wasn't sure if I would come back to the store. I told him that the customer service stinks. He wanted to know what he could do for me. I told him there was another lamp there that I liked. The lamp was very expensive. He said he would give me a discount and I told him that I would think about it. I've never been back.

Kevin was very helpful and got the order right the first time. When the fixture arrived broken he made the correct moves to get the situation resolved. There was on other lady at the store that talked a lot, but Kevin was a lot more efficent. I really enjoyed dealing with Kevin but I would comparison shop before I went back.
