We're a full service moving company covering the entire state of Minnesota. We do full packing, as well as moving of entire households. Our workers will stretch wrap all of your furniture then put clean, thick moving pads over it for protection. We've been in business 14 years, and are fully licensed and insured. We are a local company that takes pride in running a solid, and ethical moving business.

Lighthouse movers did on excellent job moving our furniture which was extremely heavy. I think there was some miscommunication when my wife made the appointment but they moved it for the quoted price despite the miscommunication. Overall I am very pleased with the job this company did . Everybody involved was a true professional.

John was very nice and professional to speak with, was able to fit mine and my partner's moves in pretty quickly. Everything was exactly priced as he said and was reasonable, especially considering how well the moving guys handled everything, they were very helpful, professional, and fast while being careful with our furniture. I would absolutely hire them again on my next move.

Description of Work: I almost had a disaster, but these guys came through for me on what was probably one of the busiest move weekends of the year. |The owner overbooked my move, but had the labor. Although he said he would get me three guys, the two who showed up were very capable, and I had a great experience with them. They were professional, friendly, and tolerant of my chaos. They did a great job, without any damage. |I will hire them for my next move!

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal for $299/3hrs/3 men truck for moving in St. Paul from my 1st home to my 2nd home, about 10 miles distance. Only big items, three bed frames, mattresss, dressers, dinning room table, trademill etc, that needed to be moved. The three men who came, were pretty good at what they did and I am greatful for that. It took more than 6 hours than I expected but it was snowing a little bit on that day. I thought they did their best under that circumstance. The parts that dissapointed with was that they walked over the carpet with their shoes without using any drapes. When it was time to pay the remaining of the fee, the owner talked to me on the phone and told me he would not accept check. I gave him my credit card numbers and he told me that my credit card was no good. I never have any problem with my card before and I always have an excellent credit history, I felt insulted. He did not want to accept my check neither. It was stressful enough with the moving without having to put up with the payment method.

I understand that the customer is upset about her first credit card not going through, but this is beyond my control. I did try to put it through twice, both times it was declined. Her second credit card did go through. It was good to hear about how our workers did a fine job moving her, in difficult weather conditions. We did offer to put down carpet protector but she did not want to pay the $13 for the roll. We buy the carpet protector from Menards, and we sell it for the same price that we pay for it. Again it is nice to know that the workers moved all of her furniture safely; nothing was damaged or scratched during her move.
