+ -1 moreBoris responded quickly to my calls, was very flexible in scheduling the initial meeting, and was generally very friendly. He is also a Realtor, so he cautioned us to think about the value of our home before investing in such a major project. In particular, he was concerned about how low are ceilings are in the basement. He then offered to do a market analysis for us and get back to us quickly with his thoughts. He followed through promptly and offered to schedule the project right away. Because we were looking for a company that had a more thorough design process and we needed more information about what and how things would be done, we decided not to hire his company. His very rough bid ($25-35/sq. ft.) seemed reasonable.
Description of Work: After seeing a home that LE Max had built near our neighborhood in St. Paul, we called them to talk about finishing our basement.
