I had squirrels in my finisheshed attic, between the sheetrock and the cieling. I couldn't get them out so I called around and read reviews. Laughlin's was reasonably priced. They were responsive, on time and did everything they said they would. Craig did a good job of setting the traps, and replacing them everytime we caught a squirrel (eight squirrels in all). He answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and his exoerience with squirreld, and their habits. After it was determined that we had caught all the squirrels, Craig patched the area that they were coming from. Haven't had a single problem since. It's been a week now.

The technician came set up two traps as well as a piece of wood on top of the roof to make sure the traps don't fall down to the roof. They checked in with me twice, the final time about a week later as they had stopped by my house when I was at work to look at the traps. Since the squirrels were no longer going in the roof or were caught, they closed up the hole and took the traps and piece of wood down. I was impressed with their follow ups and professionalism. I would recommend them to everyone.

It was a small nest and it was 100$ plus but I think he felt kind of bad about that and so, he asked me if I had some bait stations around and he refilled all of those. I was very satisfied with them. I think they charge a flat rate for a house call.

On the first visit, Greg and an assistant/trainee, both personable and agile gentlemen, came with a ladder, crawled up on our snowy steep roof and determined the problem, which was that a squirrel or bird had fallen down the chimney inadvertently, or gone in intentionally to nest. We knew this was not the first time this had happened over the 29 years we'd lived in the house. Greg alerted us to the fact that the space between the chimney pipe and the chimney wall was uncovered all around the top opening of the chimney, and this was the problem/the critter access route to our basement. That afternoon there was a winter snow storm arriving, so Greg told us to call him when the storm/snow ended, and he would come back and install a cap on the chimney gap. Re the animal sometimes? in our chimney, we all hoped it would find its way out or not last any longer caught in the chimney, since it had been 5 days or so we had been aware of sounds in the furnace pipe/basement intermittently. When the weather and snow/ice on our roof cleared, Greg soon came back and completely fixed the chimney-top gap. We highly recommend the Laughlin Company for pest removal because we have had other people out over the years, for various problems of this sort, and we have found Laughlin and their employees are the very best.

Very professional. I was pleased with how responsive they were, and how friendly. I'll have to wait and see if the other visits go as well as the first, but so far I am pleased with Laughlins.

the only negative that I have is that when I called to get the service guy back out on the ant problem I got a guy on the phone who was very curt and he kind of gave me a rough time. But when the service guy came back out to my house he was very accomodating

My first summer in a new house, one Friday evening I'd patched some holes in the concrete around the foundation. The next morning I woke up to crashing and banging in the basement, and found my cat doing battle with hundreds of yellow-jackets - apparently I'd plugged the opening to their nest so they'd dug through to the interior. I called a few pest control companies, but they either didn't offer weekend services or the additional fee for an emergency call was too high. Laughlin's did have a charge for their weekend on-call person (I think that was about half of the $225 total), but he showed up in less than a half an hour. The yellow-jackets were killed-off with a pet-safe insecticide. I'd been having some problems with centipedes, spiders and ants, so the tech treated for them also, both inside and around the perimeter of the house (also pet-safe). I signed up for their Sentinel program (approx $100 every two months during the warm months) and I couldn't be happier - no more crawlies. I did have an influx of ants last summer and Laughlin's sent a tech (on *my* schedule) to take care of the problem. I intend to continue with their Sentinel program this year.

They're friendly. They come back if I have any problems in between services. Their prices are good, and the quality of their service is excellent. They're professional, responsive and punctual. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

They are very courteous and always call before they come. They also have very reasonable pricing.

There is evidence the mice are still in bsmt.(poop) although no more sightings or mouse poop on main floor. We closed up an access point in bsmt. floor but that did not help. There is no evidence that poison bait is being eaten and we haven't seen any "green poop", evidence of mice eating bait.
