Description of Work: I contacted the vendor and he explained to me what is included in this service. What I need is not included at the $99. price. The representative was very friendly and was happy to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a good experience and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Description of Work: The contractor was great to work with how ever very busy and hard to get an appoinment in a timely mannner. I had to do all the purchasing and running around to purchase the supplies for the remodel and then get his approval on how it would work. It took three appointments to come up with final plan but never an indication on how much it would cost. All I heard that this remodel is quite complicated and will take a lot of time. First he didn't like the p;umbing fixture that I had purchase. He then told me that I would have to contact the plumber and get him over to see the plan. Tom was very pleasant to work with but way to busy and no up front information about expeted cost of the job. When I got the bid it did not include the heated floor I wanted or the electrician and plumbers cost. It just got way too expensive and complicated for me too handle. Came in way more than I expected.

Description of Work: We had a Bow (not Bay) Window installed along with 6 additional windows. A dream come true! My house was very drab on the outside and needed some character. The Bow Window accomplished this. My house is a split level, so the family room area was in need of new windows, as the house was built in 1984 - reason being the old windows were very drafty! We went with the Alside windows, for their quality and price, which would not have been accomplished with an Andersen product. Tom Halbur, Owner, of Lake Region Home Improvement, actually did the installation - and is very proud & meticulous of his craftmanship. In knowing this, we knew he was perfect for our business. I would definitely refer this company to my closest friends/relatives. You will not be sorry! (and will have alittle money left in your bank account, as this company is very, very fair in the cost) :-)! The Alside Product is amazing, "maintenance" free! What is not to love about that?
