We are very pleased with our new look. The fabric and design are beautiful.

My elderly mother moved to a new home and wanted to keep the drapes and matching sheers that she loves, but the drapes were too long and too wide for the new window. We could tell that we needed an experienced professional to figure out exactly how to narrow the drapes. Laurie came to my mother's home, measured, took the drapes to her workroom, changed the location of the pleats, pressed in the new pleats, shortened the drapes (including their lining) and the sheers, brought the drapes back, and hung them. She worked to make sure they would hang well and told us to call her again if they did not. Laurie was very pleasant and professional, was kind to my mom, completed all of this work in a little over a week, called promptly to set an appointment to return, and was right on time for the initial and final appointments. Overall she went out of her way to be helpful and to make sure she'd done a good job. Though this was a rather small job for a person who seems to have done much more extensive jobs in much more expensive homes, Laurie gave my mother great service.
