+ -1 moreSHIRLEY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PIANOS. SHE REBUILDS PIANOS AS WELL. SHE IS TRULY A JOB TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME TO WORK ON YOUR PIANO BECAUSE SHE EXPLAINS HOW THE PIANO WORKS TO YOU. I'VE USED HER FOR 3 YEARS NOW.
