I called about 5 plumbers at 7.30 am hoping that someone would be able to come out the same day even though it was not an emergency. Left messages for all of them (impressed that 4 out of the 5 actually called me back by 10 am). Kelly Plumber was the first to call me back at 8 am. Barb asked me several questions on the phone to diagnose the problem. She initially was going to send me to Midway Sewer since she thought I may actually have a sewer issue and they would be much cheaper. Appreciated the suggestion but since we just had our sewer replaced, I was pretty certain that wasn't the issue. She then was able to quickly schedule someone to come out that afternoon at a time I requested. Plumber who arrived was very professional, neatly dressed, introduced himself, addressed me by name, put up with my overly affectionate dog, and did the job quickly. I had to explain all the issues to him quickly since I had to rush out to pick up my kids. By the time I was back 30 minutes later, he was pretty much done. Everything was very neat and clean and working well.

The plumbers have varied as far as the quality of work through out the projects we've had. Some great and some not as good.

Kelly exceeded my expectations. While looking at what needed to be done to move water pipes for a kitchen remodel in an 80-year-old house, Joe discovered a few things which were not to code. Code compliance can be very expensive in older homes, but Joe asked for some time to think about some options and talk with some other plumbers and inspectors. He came back with a solution which would satisfy everyone involved. He also was very responsive to coming back to the house for hookups, etc., keeping the remodel on schedule. A Kelly plumber also was able to give us some information on why water pressure in the house was so low and what we could do about it.

It was a great experience. I was comfortable with them in my home. He told me all that he needed to do and gave me an overview of what he did when he was done. He worked quickly so as not to give us an astronomical bill as they charge by they hour.

They did an excellent job. They called to see if they could come out a little bit early. They made sure that everything was there and hooked everything up well. They cleaned up after themselves well. I think his prices are in line with everyone else who I looked into. The day after he was finished we noticed that the hot and cold were switched and he came out free of charge and fixed it for me.

They came out within an hour of when I called. They were very easy to work with and they get the work done.

It was a positive experience. They are just a local company and that s why we use them. They got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. The estimate price was compatible as far as I could tell, I haven t compared to say.

We have an old home and in order to get everything up to code it required work going from the toilet on the first floor down to the basement, then breaking up the cement floor and doing some pipe replacements. I asked the man for the price for the work we needed done and he quoted me $1485. I called later to make sure we were talking about the same things, work wise and was informed that the quote didn't include the jack hammer in the basement. We negotiated over the phone and the price went up to 2100. The guy came and in and began the work. The process of putting in the new toilet and pipes, he cracked a few tiles in the floor. We went and picked out our new tile and grout. We came back and they had hired a general repair man to help with the tile, he picked up the tiles and had to cut them in order to make them match as much as possible. Everything was magnified and went on and on into a bigger project than we had originally intended. The man who did the work was Mark, he was great guy. He as fantastic. The tile man also did a nice job. Because the tile was replaced it was delayed a few days. He finally finished the job. He left my home and I asked for a bill. He said they would send me one. The bill showed up after two weeks and it was 2100. I intend to send them the 2100 minus the cost for the tile and we will all be squared away. It took the plumber a full day and a half to complete the work.

Didn't do the work since they never got back to us.

I sent an e-mail and asked if they would be willing to coordinate the necessary work directly with the person renting my house. They agreed to make the arrangements and mail a bill after the work was complete. This was a huge benefit for me. The work went smoothly and my renter said the work was completed on time and the toilet is working well. I would definitely use them again. They are nearby, easy to work with and the prices are reasonable.

They were in and out within an hour so they had very quick timing. They were professional and showed up on time. We haven't had any problems since it was installed. He did a great job overall.

The price was $300-350.00. They did what they said they would. We have not had any problems. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

They were excellent. Barb was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the service and calling me with a reminder the day before. Mark was extremely friendly and affable. Very patient and insisted on walking each of us through the basement to show us exactly what needed to be done ASAP and what could wait a while. He offered recommendations but allowed me to make the decisions. The work was done professionally and quickly. There was absolutely no clean-up for me to do. He was willing to work in my basement, which is not exactly the tidiest place on earth. Just an all around excellent experience. I intend to use Kelly Plumbing again when I need a plumber in the future.

They guy that did the work his name was Joe. He was extremely professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We called several places and they were come right away. They also told us how to keep it from happening again. They cleaned up all the debris and took it with them.

It was good. They did the job in a timely fashion. It was easy to get a hold of them and make an appointment. They told me what the cost would be hourly and I thought the price was reasonable. They were professional and friendly.

Everyone at Kelly was great to work with. We called on a Friday afternoon with an emergency pipe leak. Other companies weren't able to fit us in, but Barb found someone (Mark) to come out right away to try to find the source of the leak so we could have our water back on for the weekend. Mark was able to find the problem and get the water back on, and came back the following week to perform the rest of the work (with another Mark). The price was good, and the work was done efficiently and carefully. We would definitely hire them again.

Our plumber arrived exactly at the beginning of the two-hour window we were given. He was very friendly and helpful and completed the work efficiently. When he lacked a part, he went to pick it up and was back very quickly.

From talking to Barb, to meeting Phil, the owner who came over to give me an idea of what the cost might be, to having Mark work in my house, this was a great experience. They did what I wanted in the most efficient and timely way I could have hoped for. I had another company come over to bid the job and I got an estimate for work that I didn't want. In other words, the people at Kelly listened to what I needed and did the job. True quality.

He came to my house and did an inspection of the work that needed to be done, but never sent me an estimate.

Kelly was great. They were able to schedule me quickly. The plumber who came was right on time. He fixed the problems very quickly and he was pleasant. I will continue to use them.
