Never use this company. They mixed concrete and dumped the extra in my backyard. They built the top of the fence on a diagonal which wasnt what we agreed. Despite me telling them about my property line and where not to install, they installed fencing anyways and just cut off the fence and left the concrete.

Company was initially easy to work with and was pleased with overall quality of work with exception of a couple of post settings which were not sloped properly and allowed water to pool around post. This was acknowledged as a problem and "fixed". Less than a year after the job, the cement footings for those post crumbled. Multiple phone calls to owner and message via their website went unanswered. Pretty bad when an owner doesn't even have the courtesy of returning customers' phone calls, to say nothing of fixing a problem with the quality of their work.

Constructed a wood privacy fence in my backyard. I have had nothing but problems with this fence since it was built. Posts were just sunk in the ground without any concrete and they have since rotted and are failing. The gate has had to be repaired several times as the boards pop off and the gate drags. The nails used were cheap aluminum nails that don't hold. I've had to replace almost all of them with screws to keep the boards on. Panels have blown off several times and have had to be reattached. General construction of the product is cheap - would NEVER recommend them.

They are fabulous. They were just amazing.

They did an excellent job on the fence. I am a craftsman myself, and I checked it while they were doing it while the posts set and checked it and every single one was true.

Keller was highly professional, punctual and completed the job in the time they said it would take. Keller does quality work and I've got a beautiful fence to show it. Because this was approximately two years ago, I can recall what I spent but I recall it was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. The representative came out and was very professional and friendly. Everything was great about the experience, but we ended up installing the fence ourselves to save money.

The installers were prompt and professional. The fence is great. My only complaint is with the office staff who did not seem to communicate with the installers and were fairly terse in their communication with me. I was told to pay the installers who were surprised to hear that and would not take my check. When I contacted the office, they sent me a very abrupt invoice and letter demanding payment.

Replaced privacy fence destroyed by storm.

- We had a single point of contact which was great for the entire job. Any issues or questions we had were answered quickly and everything coordination of work was effortless - During demolition and install of new fence our retaining wall incurred some slight damage; Talked to Tim about it and immediately he came out to take a look and see what he could do to fix the issue; He had the crew come back to reposition the wall and add mortar back to the joints that were damaged. I was very pleased with his and quot;customer firstand quot; orientation. - overall the fence looks great and we are very pleased with the experience.

They were great. One of my pet peeves with fencing is when there is no and quot;symmetryand quot; around the posts - when one post has slats lined up with it exactly, and the next post has a space between slats, etc. Or when the slats aren't evenly spaced. I'm a bit of a stickler for details. Keller put in a very clean, stable, symmetrical fence with all of the posts aligned with slats and all of the slats well spaced ... it's not just a fence that encloses our yard, it's an obviously well made and well placed fence. That's the quality that I was willing to pay for, as opposed to possibly finding a cheaper fence that would bother me every time I looked at it. The gates also integrate perfectly with the rest of the fence and are well balanced, open/close cleanly, aren't sagging after 2 yrs, and we're overall still very pleased with the entire setup, the fence is still strong and the cedar wood that they helped us choose still looks sharp and is weathering well. In fact, we're thinking of putting in a privacy fence around the backyard, and Keller will be my first call when we're ready to plan that.

After we received their information from Home Depot and gave the company a call, Tim Dyrhaug came out to take measurements and discuss fence options with us. He then provided estimates with numerous options. After we confirmed our selections, he scheduled a crew to come out and install the fence. The crew worked for less than a week getting everything installed, and they even removed a neighbor's partial fence that the neighbor hadn't had a chance to take out yet (our neighbor was thrilled not to have to do the work!). Keller Residential did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the experience and the quality of the fence.

The overall experience was really good. They did it on time and on budget. They were very customer service oriented.

I felt like they were not interested in responding back to give me an estimate.

They were amazing. The fence is beautiful. Their price was the best and their bid was better than anyone else. They were very responsive everytime that I called. They were kind of a team and were very professional. It was all done within a couple of days and it was great. It was the best value. It was a very nice fence and it was of good quality. I recommended them to some other people. There was a sales person by name Mr. Halanan, who was the one that did the beginning process. There was also Mr. Tim and a French guy who were great overall. I had a good feeling about them because I talked to a lot of the other places for the bid and they were the best. I am glad that we did it with them.

They were the most expensive of the three bids we received, but as we studied what they would do compared to the other two, we were quite confident they would give us the best quality and service out of anyone. We were very satisfied with their work. The cedar fence itself turned out beautifully. Part of what impressed us about them was they build the fence from the ground up; they aren't using any pre-made sections. It's custom built.

It took a few calls to get anyone to return my call in the beginning. Set up an appointment with Keller fence anyway and they came out to do a bid. The man was very nice, and I told him I was on a short timeframe to get the job done, so we could move into the house with our dog and child. He said he would have a bid to me in 3 days- he would mail a paper bid out, as well as call me to verbally tell me so we could proceed quickly if I decided to go with them. I never received a phone call, and the paper bid in the mail came almost 3 weeks later. Obviously, I used a different fencing company.

Keller exceeded our expectations, from start to finish. Tim was very helpful in the design process. Everyone one from the demolition crew to the installation carpenter were excellent and did everything to make sure we were happy. And we are happy. Would use again.

I choose them because they were a mid bid and he is a neighborhood business. He was very accomidating and he made me feel very comfortable.

It went very well and they were willing to come back and install some additional posts that I needed after the fact. I would definitiely hire them again.

Very good experience with this company. I found Keller reliable, professional, accommodating and prompt. I dealt with Tim, who returned all of my calls and patiently answered my questions. He followed through on everything we agreed upon. My job was a repair, not a full replacement. He presented me with options so I could make a decision that fit with my budget. I plan to re-hire this company for additional work and definitely recommend it.

We researched several fence companies in the area and found Keller to be the most cost effective. Tim provided many detailed scenarios (per our request) and spent a lot of time explaining each option. He was very responsive and easy to work with. The crew was courteous and efficient. The installation was finished ahead of schedule (done in 3 days) and exactly on budget. We were very pleased with their service and we love our fence.

I got bids from three local, well-respected fence builders I found through friends and Angie's List. All came in pretty close to each other. I chose Keller, based on some fences I saw in the neighborhood and a recommendation from Kern Landscaping. Keller did a great job on both the fence and pergola. They look fantastic. Tim Dyrhaug met with us, provided a timely bid, and project managed. He was flexible and worked well with Kern and the electrician to make it happen. Came in on budget and on time.

Things went very well. He did a fantastic job. I'm actually going to use him again to repair some damage from a storm.
